Zhao Siyu paused for a moment, then said, "Wei Jian'an owed money outside, and now many creditors are looking for him. He isn't favored in the Wei Family, so no one really takes care of him. He can only hide."
Owe money?
No wonder Zhao Siyu dared to send someone to follow him. If he were discovered, Wei Jian'an probably wouldn't suspect others, but rather the creditors, right?
However...
How could the young master of the Wei Family owe money for no apparent reason?
Although the Wei Family isn't a big family, it's considered a reputable family in Shoucheng. Such a thing should not happen.
Zhao Siyu pressed his lips together and said, "I took advantage of this gap to find him, but who knew Wei Jian'an avoided me like the plague, as if I were a predator, not daring to meet me, making me feel quite strange."
Normally, Wei Jian'an shouldn't be avoiding him out of all people.
