Mabel Quinn looked at the wedding invitation Alice Conley handed over, feeling genuinely happy for her friend. Finally, Alice and Dorian Howards' situation was settled. "But with just a month's time, isn't it a bit too rushed? Will you be able to prepare in time?"
"Dorian said he'll take care of the arrangements, and we'll just have one ceremony here in J City. We've decided not to make it too grand, just simple and elegant. Besides, if we delay any longer, I won't be able to fit into the wedding dress because of my belly." Alice Conley said.
Mabel Quinn heard this, "Only having one ceremony in J City?"
"Yes." Alice Conley faintly smiled, not hiding from her friend, "His family still strongly opposes us being together, so we'll have the wedding in J City."
"Where will you live after the wedding?" Mabel Quinn asked.
"For now, we'll live here in J City, and we'll see about Falling City later." Alice Conley said.
