Monica, hearing Michaela's words about the serum, glanced at her—and immediately misunderstood something.

So
does that mean if I want the serum from this man, I'd have to sleep with him? Oh God

The thought made her cheeks flush faintly, her body reacting on its own as embarrassment and confusion mixed together. Her gaze drifted to Michaela, who was walking with a slight tremor in her steps, and that only fueled Monica's misunderstanding even more.

Meanwhile, Allen could only smile to himself. He noticed Monica's awkward, flustered expression, and his eyes briefly flicked to the floor near where she had been sitting, where a small spill of juice glistened under the light. But he said nothing, clearly amused, leaving Monica alone with her racing thoughts and growing self-consciousness.

Meanwhile, Allen grabbed a drink from the cooler and handed it to Michaela.

"Thanks, Boss," Michaela said as she took it.

Allen just smiled and sat down on the sofa not far from where Monica was sitting. Michaela naturally followed and, this time, sat down on Allen's lap, openly showing their intimacy right in front of Monica. Allen wrapped an arm around Michaela's waist, pulling her in as she leaned against him, clearly craving a bit of affection after their sexual intercourse they had been through.

"Well, you're pretty clingy right now," Allen teased lightly.

"Hehe, that's fine, right?" Michaela replied with a soft smile. "At least this time, I just feel like being like this." She hugged Allen tighter,

"Of cours" he said.

Then slowly— she closed her eyes, letting herself relax as if she was about to drift off to sleep.

Seeing that, Monica finally stood up, clearly uncomfortable, and headed toward the bathroom. She wanted to clean herself up—and change her wet underwear—away from their eyes.

"Hey, where are you going?" Allen asked.

"To take a shower, obviously. I need to clean myself too," Monica replied with a slight pout before walking off and leaving Allen and Michaela behind.

Allen simply smiled again, watching her go, clearly amused by her reactions.

.....

After two hours had passed, the day was already approaching 4:00 PM.

"Alright, we should move out before night falls. It looks like William is far enough from our current position," Allen said as he checked William's location. From the data, William appeared to be in the northern area, close to the U.S. government military forces, who clearly hadn't given up on obtaining a G-Virus sample.

Michaela and Monica nodded in agreement.

They left the area and headed toward another elevator near the laboratory's waste disposal sector. This time, their journey went relatively smoothly, encountering only a few zombies that posed no serious threat.

After nearly an hour of moving through several sections and dealing with scattered monsters, they finally reached the elevator leading to the surface. Monica let out a long breath of relief—she was finally getting out of that suffocating underground lab.

Once above ground, they walked a short distance toward the parking area not far from the hospital, where Monica had parked her car earlier.

"Boss?" Monica suddenly spoke up.

"Hm? What is it?" Allen replied.

"mmm
could you help me sell this G-larva?" Monica asked cautiously. She was clearly worried that if she tried to sell it herself, Umbrella would track her down—especially after everything Allen had warned her about.

"Hm, sure. You can talk to one of my women later. She happens to be interested in the thing you're carrying," Allen replied calmly.

Monica's eyes lit up when she heard that. "Really? Thank you, Boss," she said as she hugged Allen. She did it deliberately, wanting to get a little closer to him.

After all, she thought, if using her own body could help her achieve the comfortable life she wanted, then why not? Especially with a boss as relaxed and playboy-like as Allen—someone she could potentially take advantage of.

Allen simply nodded, not really caring about how Monica was acting, even though she was sticking a little too close to him now. To be honest, he didn't really mind it—especially since Monica was a beautiful woman and clearly his type.

Meanwhile, Michaela only glanced at the woman, feeling slightly irritated by her behavior, which clearly seemed like she was trying to take advantage of the situation to get close to her boss. However, she couldn't show her displeasure openly, afraid that Allen might end up disliking her because of it. On top of that, she realized that she had already truly fallen in love with Allen and felt a faint sense of jealousy whenever another new woman tried to get close to him.

"Alright, let's head back to the apartment first. I'll introduce you to one of my women later," Allen said as he got into the car, followed shortly by Michaela and Monica.

When they finally arrived at the apartment, Allen let out a long breath.

"Finally, i'm back," he said, already slipping into a lazy mood as he headed for the sofa.

"Allen, who is she?" Ada asked, turning her gaze toward Monica, who had come in with them and was now standing close by.

"Oh, right," Allen replied casually. "Let me introduce her. This is Dr. Monica Stevens. She's a researcher I happened to find in Umbrella's underground lab earlier. Monica, this is Ada Wong—and this one here is Svetlana Belikova."

"Nice to meet you," Monica said politely, extending her hand. "You can call me Monica."

Ada and Svetlana nodded in response.

"You can call me Ada," Ada said calmly.

"And you can call me Svetlana," Svetlana added, her tone cool but measured.

Allen then leaned slightly closer to Ada and lowered his voice.

"Oh, by the way, she's the researcher who managed to steal a G-Larva from Dr. William. So if you're still interested in that sample, you can talk to her privately and negotiate."

"Hm? Really?" Ada's eyes lit up at that. She immediately stood up from Allen's lap, her interest clearly shifting to business.

Seeing the opening, Michaela wasted no time and sat down beside Svetlana, claiming the newly freed space next to Allen.

"Tch
did you sleep with her too?" Ada muttered with a hint of protest, clearly annoyed. With Allen surrounded by more women, she felt her chances of spending time alone with him shrinking even further.

Svetlana glanced at Allen as well, a trace of irritation crossing her face, though she only sighed and shook her head without saying anything.

"Monica, come with me," Ada said, already turning away. "Let's talk somewhere else."

She lightly took Monica by the arm and led her toward Allen's workroom, clearly intending to discuss business in private.

Monica nodded, casting one last glance back before following Ada, leaving Allen on the sofa with Michaela and Svetlana.

"Hmm, by the way, where are Rebecca and the others?" Allen asked.

"Oh, they're out accompanying Aphrodite and Hera on a shopping trip," Svetlana replied calmly. "They should be back pretty soon."

....

While Allen was chatting and relaxing in his apartment.

Twelve hours earlier, at the European branch of Umbrella Corporation, Sergei had begun to sense that something was wrong. Up until now, there had been no contact reports from Alpha Team. The silence was unnatural.

Frowning, Sergei turned toward the CCTV monitors and began reviewing the recorded footage. What he saw made his expression darken—Dr. William Birkin had transformed into a grotesque monster, the result of injecting himself with his own G-Virus. The creature was now roaming freely through the underground laboratory, tearing through anything in its path.

"So Alpha Team has failed," Sergei muttered coldly.

He straightened up and immediately made preparations to return to Raccoon City. He needed to meet Brian in person and suppress any information about the incident before it leaked beyond the city. If the truth reached the outside world too soon, Umbrella would lose all control of the situation.

At the very least, buying time would be crucial. Sergei's true objective was clear—secure the supercomputer within the laboratory. As long as Umbrella still possessed the Red Queen, there was still a chance. With that system under their control, Umbrella's future—its rebirth under a new structure—could be rebuilt far more quickly than anyone else realized.

....

At this point, Sergei had arrived at the RPD and made his way inside. He could see many police officers still busy dealing with several cases of cannibalism caused by homeless people who had begun appearing throughout the city, the result of a viral leak that had contaminated the sewer system—an incident traced back to Dr. William. However, Sergei paid no attention to any of that and headed straight for Brian's office.

Meanwhile, Brian was relaxing, just about to enjoy a glass of an expensive wine he had recently acquired, when he was startled by the sound of his door being kicked open without so much as a knock.

"H-hey! I told you, if you want to come—" Brian cut himself off mid-sentence.

He fell silent the moment he realized who had entered the room.

It was Sergei.

"What did you just say?" Sergei asked coldly.

"Ah—n-nothing, Boss. Would you like a drink? I happen to have an expensive wine I was about to open," Brian said nervously, clearly intimidated by Sergei. At this moment, he truly had no idea what the man wanted from him.

"No need. I'll be short," Sergei replied. "I want you to suppress any news regarding the resurgence of these cannibalism cases. Do not let this information leak to the media or spread beyond Raccoon City. Do you understand!"

Brian nodded stiffly. "Y-yes. Leave everything to me. I'll take care of it immediately, Boss."

Hearing that, Sergei turned around and left the room without another word. He then headed straight for the Umbrella facility, intent on securing the Red Queen supercomputer.

As Sergei left the office, he immediately ordered his subordinates to suppress and halt any reports related to the cannibalism cases from being circulated. However, something crossed his mind, and he decided to contact Allen.

.....

Meanwhile, Allen was back at the apartment, enjoying dinner with the girls, when he noticed Brian calling him again.

"Hello, what is it this time?" Allen asked.

"Hey, Allen. I'll keep it short. I just wanted to let you know that Sergei has returned to Raccoon City," Brian said.

"Hm, Sergei's back? By the way, do you know what he's planning to do?" Allen replied.

"I don't know
He just came in suddenly and ordered me to cover up the cannibalism cases so the news doesn't reach the media or spread outside Raccoon City."

"Hm, alright then. Thanks for the information, Brian," Allen said.

After that, Brian ended the call. Allen returned his attention to dinner.

"Dear, who was calling you just now?" Rebecca asked.

"That was Brian," Allen replied.

"Hmm, Chief Brian," Rebecca said.

Allen nodded. "Yep."

"Why did he call? Was it something important?" Rebecca asked, sounding a little curious, especially since she had heard Allen mention Sergei earlier.

"Don't worry. It's nothing important," Allen said calmly.

"Oh, right—Yoko, Monica," Allen added, looking at the two of them.

"Hm? What is it, boss?" they responded.

"I just want to let you both know that tomorrow morning, you'll be leaving Raccoon City first. You'll be escorted by Cristine," Allen said, glancing toward Cristine, who was also having dinner with them.

Cristine nodded, accepting the assignment without hesitation.

"Hm, Allen, could you also let Laura come along?" Karena asked, clearly wanting her daughter to leave this place as soon as possible.

"Mom! No, I don't want to go!" Laura protested, clearly rejecting the decision.

However, Karena completely ignored her daughter's whining.

"No, you have to leave. This place has become dangerous, and you'll be going back to college soon," Karena said firmly, reminding her that summer vacation would be ending before long.

That, of course, only made Laura even more irritated. After a brief moment of sulking, she decided to use her secret weapon. She stood up, then deliberately sat down on Allen's lap, wrapping her arms around him tightly while speaking in a spoiled, pleading tone.

"Allen, if you love me, don't listen to my mom, okay? I want to stay with you a little longer."

Seeing her daughter act like that, Karena was left completely speechless. Meanwhile, the other girls couldn't help but laugh at the scene unfolding in front of them. Still, despite their amusement, they were clearly curious about how Allen would respond.

Allen, who was now being hugged tightly by Laura, instinctively hugged her back. Fully aware that all the women were watching him closely, he finally chose the most neutral answer possible—one that wouldn't upset anyone too much.

"Alright, alright, calm down. You can stay here a bit longer," Allen said gently. "But when I tell you it's time to leave, you can't refuse, okay?"

Hearing that, Laura immediately nodded, her expression brightening.

"Okay. Thanks. I love you," she said, before leaning in and kissing Allen on the lips.

Naturally, hearing Allen's decision made Karena want to scold him on the spot. But in the end, she could only sigh. She knew it would be pointless—especially with Allen's personality, which clearly tended to spoil the women around him without much restraint.
