Soft kissing noises drifted through the quiet garden.
Brandon was still sitting on the bench with Rheanne close against him.
Her earlier tears had left her eyes slightly red, but she had stopped crying.
Now she was pressed into his side, one hand resting against his chest as she leaned up and kissed him.
The first touch of her lips was gentle. Then she moved closer, almost climbing further into his lap, and deepened the kiss.
Their mouths moved together in slow presses as the soft sound of the kisses echoed in the morning air.
Rheanne snuggled tighter against him, and her fingers curled lightly into the front of his shirt as she tilted her head and kissed him more firmly, parting her lips just enough for it to grow warmer.
Brandon's arm stayed around her shoulders, then slid lower along her back, holding her as she kept pressing in.
After a moment, he pulled back just slightly, "Want to go out for a while?" he murmured.
