Brandon leaned back slightly on his hands and took a moment to gather his thoughts, "Okay. First... how does the Divine Realm actually look? You said it's beautiful but boring. Is it like... endless clouds and golden palaces? Or something else?"
Rheanne smiled and drew her knees up slightly, resting her arms on them as she gazed upward as "It is beautiful in the way a perfect painting is beautiful," she said softly.
"Endless skies of shifting colors... violet at dawn, gold at noon, deepest indigo at night. Crystal spires. Rivers of light flow between floating islands. Gardens where flowers bloom in every color imaginable."
She paused "But it is static. Nothing changes unless a god wills it. No seasons. No decay. No surprises. The same perfect view for eternity. After a few centuries… perfection becomes predictable. Predictable becomes dull."
Brandon nodded slowly "So gods just... sit there? Watching worlds?"
