"Astaroth...?" Rael turned toward him with a confused look. "Mind explaining what she's talking about?"
He avoided Rael's gaze.
But Rael was a little more insistent than Astaroth.
After all, he very clearly remembered Jane's words when she mentioned that Astaroth used to be a 'former Dragon God.'
That shit stuck to his memory very damn well for it to now be a complete lie.
So as Rael continued staring at Astaroth, he eventually gave in.
"Shit, fine. My Dragon Heart Tier is only Tier 8. The requirements beyond that are too stupid for me to even come close to attempting."
Victoria's eyes widened.
"So you actually became a Dragon God?"
Rael read between the lines:
"Is the requirement to reach Tier 7 to become a Dragon God?"
Both of them turned to him and, after a brief moment, nodded.
"Yes. After you defeat your Dragon King, you will then become the Dragon King of your tribe and be given an advancement requirement of becoming the Dragon God. Obviously, it's not easy."
