The fitting-out pier on the west side of Shenglong Shipyard's dock has now become the supervision pier for the Water Anti-Smuggling Action Command Center. The cargo yard on the pier has thus become the monitoring site for Customs and a temporary storage site for confiscated suspicious materials.
