Hazuki exhaled and slowly stood up, walking toward the Icy Leaf. He looked at it.
"Hmm? Isn't this just a plant... frozen inside ice?"
"Yeah, so?" Ridan smirked. "That's why it's called an Icy Leaf to begin with."
"Oh... I thought it was an ice sculpture shaped like a leaf or something weird." Hazuki shrugged and reached out, touching the frozen plant.
"Oiiii! Don't just—" Ridan exhaled sharply. "What a dumbass..."
Ridan's words trailed off as Hazuki instantly froze solid inside a block of ice the moment his fingers made contact.
Glacia's eyes widened. "Ridan! What are we going to do? He's frozen! I'm sure he's dead already. that's the Icy Leaf's natural defense! No one able touch it without preparation!"
Ridan just floated around the frozen Hazuki, studying him casually. "Nah... this guy won't just die from this. If he survived this cold without any special gear, and he survived your icy breath before, do you think he's going to die just from this? Bah."
