"Huhh? What are you saying, father? The child has~ …. WHAT?" a shocked female voice erupted. "Goo~ … go~ … gold blo~ …. Gold blood?"
"Ssssshhhhh~ …. lower your voice, will you?" a heavy male voice, more like a hush, followed.
The woman lowered her tone as instructed, then she repeated, "Are you saying~ …. One of them has 'THE GOLD BLOOD' flowing through her veins? Is that correct?"
The man hummed as he looked at the photo of two toddler aged girls lying on his work desk.
"But Dad~ …. didn't you say that experiment turned out to be a failure? They closed the whole damned thing down. Then how? How is this possible?" another young male voice came, sounding confused.
The older man rubbed his temples~ …. clearly tired and distressed. He let out a heavy sigh and said, "It's complicated~ …."
