"Sir, do you think he should be put under strict monitoring? Someone who killed another operative could turn out to be troublesome in the near future."
Seth said respectfully to Colonel Boro Darkhaven.
The Colonel was in thought for a few moments, his eyes peering through the situation with pragmatism, not from an emotional and familial standpoint.
He finally spoke.
"Is there any proof that he's the killer?"
"No sir, but the poison he—"
"Exactly. That's what you are missing here, Seth."
The Colonel interrupted his faithful and efficient subordinate.
"Enlighten me, Sir," Seth said.
What was he overlooking that his superior was considering?
"There is no actual connection that he's behind the incident, enough to apprehend him,"
