Whether transporting them from the Seventh Universe to the Sixth Universe, or vice versa, it would be incredibly difficult.
Currently, there was simply no method to gather the seven Dragon Balls distributed across the Sixth and Seventh Universes. Destroyers and Angels could drag these things through space at will, and even Zamasu, as the strongest Kai, could use his authority to tow any planet. Ino, however, was far behind.

Ino didn't continue the topic of the Super Dragon Balls. "Alright then, Lord Supreme Kai, what do I need to do to help you resurrect?"
A quarter of an hour later, she planted the God Tree on King Kai's Planet. The remnant soul was overjoyed; this tree was completely capable of providing her with initial life force.
She decisively abandoned the Potara Earring she had inhabited for many years and smoothly entered the God Tree. Ino placed no restrictions, allowing her to continuously draw life force from King Kai's Planet through the God Tree.
