The Holy Doctor Alliance is an extremely unique force within the Nine-layered Dragon Cloud. This force remains detached from worldly matters unless provoked directly and does not typically involve itself in the continent's affairs.
However, residing in the Nine-layered Dragon Cloud, no one can guarantee they won't fall ill or get injured. When faced with severe illness or injury, they inevitably turn to the Holy Doctor Alliance.
Even a domineering power like the Emperor Canglong Palace is generally respectful towards the Holy Doctor Alliance. Firstly, they might seek their help, and secondly, this force poses no threat to Emperor Canglong's ambition to dominate the continent.
In such circumstances, the Holy Doctor Alliance holds a transcendent status. When young talents venture out for experience, they tend to show some respect upon learning they belong to the Alliance of Ten Thousand Doctors.
