Looking at the tightly closed door, the people hiding inside seem to have no intention of coming out at all. The scene is so strange, it's hard to describe. Several times, Tang Mu wanted to knock on the door, to see what's really going on with the Five Elders hiding inside. He thought maybe those old guys got used to being locked up and now they're isolating themselves again. Despite this grumbling in his heart, he didn't actually go and knock on the door. He was hoping the Five Elders wouldn't come out, so as to save himself from their nagging.
Unlike Tang Mu, Bai Ning is a die-hard fan of the Five Elders. Since their arrival, he has stayed by their side. Now with the Five Elders refusing to come out, he guards the door. Apart from necessary tasks, he eats and sleeps by the door, not finding this lifestyle boring at all. Su Qing and Yan Ze are almost on the same level as Bai Ning in their devotion.
