"Here, this should make up for it, and not just you but everyone else." I say handing a box to Pearl, Amber, Char, Luna, Puck and Lily who were all here right now.

Lily said listing out everything that basically happened this summer minus a few other things but those were all the big major things.
"And now today we are going to the California State Fair!" Char said excitedly and who could blame her.
While not the largest State Fair in the United States, Minnesota holds that title even in this world, it was one of the 5 largest State Fairs in the states so it was very big and it was Held in Santa Cruz which was only a 45 Minute Drive from here and it went late into the night.
I was surprised it was there instead of San Francisco or Sacramento but it's closer so it's easier to get there.

We look outside and see Luna's Big sis come with her that could easily fit 8 people inside of it at a time.
Seeing it was her we finished up our burgers and headed out before cramming into the large van before heading off to San Jose.
I got into the back to which both Amber and Lily sat beside me before everyone else hopped in and we headed on off.
We stuck to the coast the entire ride, after all Monterey and San Jose were on opposite sides of the Monterey Bay from each other.
So after a 45 minute drive and over 40 miles we finally came upon San Jose California, where the main attractions of the State Fair was to be held off the San Jose Boardwalk right up against the Bay.
There was plenty of people enjoying the beach and surfing while others would go on the amusement rides and eat the various snacks one could find at the state fair.
But the problem was parking was a bitch to the point we couldn't find a good parking spot unless it was on the opposite side of town from the fair and we needed to pay 30$ to park our car there in the first place.
"Damn, maybe we should have left earlier." I say picking up my skateboard after getting out of the Van, me and the girls brought our boards with us, even Pearl and Lily who don't skate much brought there's as well.
It was about 11:30 by the time we got here as we had a Brunch together at Futa Burger, though I looked at Lily with a questioning look.
"I'm still surprised you skate, aren't you in Track and Field?" I say to which she snorts.
"This and that are different, do you want me to tire out while we are all trying to have fun? Because I don't need to be sweating like a pig before we even get to the fair." She says to which a shrug.
"All right, you guys go have fun just meet me back here by 8 so we can all go home alright?" Luna's Sister said to which we nodded before hopping on our boards and heading down towards the Fair.
