The Wistover Duchy Army, as Dominic was calling them in his mind, as he had forgotten what the official designation for the Governor's force was supposed to be, quickly spread out into a spear wall and advanced on the Goblin forces.
"What do you say we go show the spearmen how to kill Goblins?" Amie suggested.
They had rifles, but they were both stronger as mages than physical combatants.
It was just practical, right?
Dominic winked at her, and then both of them were off and running at an inhuman rate, enhanced by [Monstrous Strength] and [Physical Enhancement] spells.
They raced past the spearmen, ignoring the shouts of the old General, and then both of them drew their pistols.
Dominic laughed as he realized that they had both picked the ones with additional fire damage so that they could channel fireball through them, but that gave Dominic an advantage.
He could also cast [Arcane Blast] as he fired, and it would give him a refreshing surge of energy and mana.
