Meanwhile, somewhere in eastern Falleta, amid its marshy plains and rugged mountains, stands an estate with small huts for what seemed to be the lord's serfs. There was also a large medieval-style castle with elements of Ottoman, French Gothic, and Romanesque styles. In one of its drawing rooms, which tend to be large and ornate, a young man was smoking his pipe while lounging around in his sharp suit. He looked like a gentleman, but his business and deeds are not gentle; he was the leader of a shady organization called Dark Trades. It was a group that stole Otherworlder technology and mostly smuggled it to the Demon territory, who then uses them to their advantage and selfish goals. Luiza was one of his big clients.
This organization was established 110 years ago in that region of Falleta, and Falleta had been struggling to crack down on his illegal activities, but he, Chanchal Facundo, was smart and witty at outsmarting the authorities. Not only did he have an army of modern-clad and hierarchical soldiers and officials at his disposal, but he took advantage of the savvy container ships from Vatrene, whose shipping industry was highly unregulated, shipping his stolen loot and boots to the Demon territory from the eastern region's port city of Danmai. In addition to these profitable and extremely illegal trades, he and his army also commit various crimes against the people and even against those who were outside of the country for extra profits. These range from extortions to assaults and attacks, as well as misdemeanours. It is said that he rewards those who do these things and frequently the ones who did the most ,whom he had rewarded generously with a lot of money and sometimes, a promotion to the higher ranks in the organization.
