At the vehicle yard...
The entire vehicle yard was unnaturally quiet.
Even the metallic clatter of ammunition crates seemed subdued, as though everyone instinctively lowered their voices.
Soldiers who had been busy moments ago unconsciously straightened their backs the instant Sian appeared.
No one dared to meet his eyes for long.
Some looked at him with admiration.
Others with fear.
Everyone had heard the rumors.
A powerful superpower...
Who alone saved hundreds of lives.
A line of armored military vehicles stood ready to depart while soldiers loaded the last crates of ammunition and fuel into one of them.
The moment they spotted Sian and his group, they silently stepped aside.
The news had already spread.
The man who had entered the command headquarters...
And walked out less than half an hour later...
Was the very person entrusted with finding the missing teams.
