"Alright, I promise." Chen Yuxin nodded. Ye Yi is right next door, and waking the child up by arguing in the middle of the night would be bad.
"Earlier... I was impulsive, Kai, I didn't consider your feelings." Chen Yuxin apologized first, which was rare. In marital disputes, one party always needs to be the first to apologize. Previously, it was usually Ye Shikai who compromised, as men often need to be considerate towards their wives.
