Chapter 459 - 459: PROFESSOR KASEN CAME TO K*LL OUR WHOLE FAMILY!!

"Where do you live?" Kasen asked.

"A small town in northeast England. I think it's called... Alnwick. There's a castle there. That's my home," Maple replied.

"Oh, I know that castle. The one that looks a lot like Hogwarts, right?" Kasen raised an eyebrow.

"That's right, but there are anti-Apparition wards there," Maple reminded him.

"You just need to tell me whether I should send you into the town or inside the castle grounds."

"The lawn behind the castle is fine. I'm a little too tired," Maple said.

"No problem."

As Kasen spoke, he wrapped her in an Ender Field and teleported directly to the lawn behind Alnwick Castle.

Not far away, a couple who looked to be in their thirties were comforting a little boy of about three or four. He kept wiping away his tears as he sobbed.

"Your sister isn't dead. She's just staying at Hogwarts for the holidays. She even wrote you a letter. Your sister will come back next year, all right?"

"You just need to be good at home and wait quietly for your sister to come back, okay?"

The husband and wife took turns comforting him.

Unfortunately, it would have been better if they had not.

The moment they tried, the little boy instantly abandoned his quiet sobbing and began bawling at the top of his lungs.

"That's your little brother?" Kasen asked quietly.

"Obviously."

Maple was just about to walk over and surprise her parents and brother when she heard her father say something absolutely outrageous.

"If you keep crying like this, I'll invite Professor Kasen over and have him eat you!"

The air instantly went silent.

The little boy had successfully been frightened into silence by that sentence.

From this alone, one could roughly imagine the kind of miraculous... education the Green couple had previously given their son.

Maple, who had been walking toward her family, froze as well.

Recently, everyone in pure-blood circles had been saying that...

Professor Kasen was a pure-blood killing machine...

And right now, Professor Kasen was standing directly behind her.

Sure, he had just saved her.

But saving one young Hogwarts witch and killing two adult pure-blood wizards did not exactly conflict with each other...

Mr and Mrs Green exchanged a glance and both breathed sighs of relief, even giving each other flirtatious looks in appreciation of their own cleverness.

Then they turned around and saw their precious daughter, who had originally said she would not be coming home for the holidays...

But why was their precious daughter standing so stiffly?

She looked like an NPC.

Their gazes shifted a little farther away.

Then a little higher...

What the fuck?

The pure-blood killing machine had come to their house?

They instinctively looked at their daughter.

You brought the killing machine here?

"Hahaha, I've delivered her safely, so I won't stay any longer. I still need to get back for Christmas. Bye."

In a rare moment, Kasen actually topped up his emotional intelligence.

Realising that remaining there any longer would lead to an extremely awkward scene, he immediately decided to leave.

"Uh, goodbye, Professor. Goodbye..."

With the roar of Ender teleportation, the lawn once again contained only the four members of the Green family.

"WAAAAAH!!! PROFESSOR KASEN!!!! HE CAME TO KILL OUR WHOLE FAMILY!!!!"

The little boy had witnessed everything from beginning to end.

Now that he had finally figured out what had just happened, he burst into tears again.

The other two adults and the young woman sighed in perfect unison and began the next round.

.....

The Black family home was once again as lively as it had been the last time Kasen visited.

Not that it was usually quiet.

Sirius and Lupin lived there, along with several other wizarding families who had banded together for support, as well as the already-graduated Weasley twins and Cedric.

Of course, those three were not usually idle either. Whenever business got especially busy, they would simply sleep in the attic above the shop.

Kasen, meanwhile, found his familiar armchair facing the sunlight.

"This place really feels more and more like a proper home the longer people live here. Comfortable."

Kasen sprawled in the armchair with a satisfied hum.

"Mm-hm. Want some wheat juice?" Lupin walked over carrying a bottle of beer and offered one to Kasen.

"No. Drinking too much is bad for your health."

Kasen shook his head and did not take it.

"That's truly bizarre. How did those words come out of your mouth?" Lupin said, utterly baffled and deeply shocked as he sat down in the chair beside him and started drinking by himself.

"You don't even have anything to eat with it. What's the point of drinking like that?" Kasen lifted his eyelids and ultimately could not resist commenting.

"...."

Lupin suddenly paused mid-drink.

Then he rubbed his chin, as though he had just grasped some profound truth of the universe.

"So you're refusing because there are no drinking snacks?"

Kasen shook his head.

"No. I quit."

"How many days has it been?" Lupin asked.

"Four."

"........."

There was one more person at the Black family home this time.

Hermione.

According to Hermione, the reason was that Mr and Mrs Granger were currently far away in Asia and did not have time to fly back and pick her up, so they simply arranged for her to spend the Christmas holiday at the Black family home instead.

But in reality...

According to Neville, the real reason was that the all-capable Hermione had finally met her downfall.

She had fallen in love.

And Ron, the one she had fallen for, was actually quite charming. More than one witch had taken a liking to him.

"Do you believe that?"

At some point, Harry had appeared on Kasen's right, while Neville sat on his left, sandwiching Kasen between them.

"Believe what?" Kasen asked in confusion.

"That Ron is really that charming? We've been best mates with him since first year... No, seriously... why him?"

The two of them spoke back and forth, and anyone could smell the sour scent of lemons hidden between every word.

Kasen rubbed his chin as well.

Of course he knew what Ron was like.

If Kasen were a young wizard around Ron's age, he would absolutely become good friends with him.

But if Kasen were a witch around Ron's age...

Wait.

Seriously?

Why Ron?
