"Alright… now I need to do some work," Samael said as he looked around.
He already knew everything that was happening in this Second Cardinal World of Tensura.
With his near-omniscience and near-omnipresence, nothing here escaped him.
But the problem was simple.
He still had to make documents.
Why?
Because it was his punishment from his mother, Elizabeth, for spoiling his siblings too much.
Samael sighed.
"What can I even do?" he muttered.
Then he smiled.
After all, Samael was walking blackmail material.
He could blackmail almost anyone...Well… except his father and mother, of course.
But his siblings? hehehe That was a different story and He had their childhood photos.....All of them.
Every single one.
Millions of siblings,True Dragon and Spirits siblings and now even his own children.
He had pictures of everyone.
So, being the "kind" big brother he was, he decided to teach his little sister Gabriel how to handle paperwork.
At first, Gabriel tried to threaten him.
"I'll tell Mother," she said......So Samael calmly showed her a few pictures.
Gabriel immediately accepted her fate.
No questions asked and started doing his work.
Suddenly— THUD!
Something slammed into Samael's desk.
If the desk had not been reinforced, that impact alone would have destroyed the entire planet. But thanks to Samael's power restraints, it was nothing special.
He looked up as Gabriel stood there.
Her hair was messy and Dark circles were under her eyes.
She looked exhausted.
"Big brother…" she said tiredly. "I finished all five billion reports you gave me."
"In two days."
Samael froze.
Then he smiled awkwardly as He walked over and gently patted her head.
"Good job, little sister," he said...."I just wanted you to understand how hard your big brother's work is."
Gabriel twitched.
Hard?
He could literally wish the work to be done but instead, he dumped everything on her.
She huffed in frustration.
"Anyway," Samael said casually, "Tell me, how is Falmuth doing?"
"The new nation created by Luminous Valentine."
"It's going well," Gabriel replied. "But why are you asking?"
Samael smiled.
"My dear little sister… you didn't notice, did you? your big brother Helal has been reincarnated and He's being guided by Father for redemption That's why I'm asking."
"Because he is in jura Forest which is close to the area where Veldora is sealed."
Gabriel nodded as She already knew that She was happy that Helal was getting redemption. But at the same time… she felt bad for him.
Why?
Because she knew Samael and she knew exactly what her big brother was planning. After all, Samael still held a grudge against Helal. Because of that old conflict…
Their family had been torn apart.
So he was definitely going to take very embarrassing photos of Helal. Just so he could blackmail him later.
That was Samael......The kind of being who could make even devils cry.
Gabriel sighed.
"Milim and Veldora are already bad enough," she muttered.
"They both have the same personality as you....If more siblings turn out like that…"
" I Swear will end up like Guy as he's already too scared to even leave the depths of Tensura's Hell."
"By the way, Gabriel," Samael said while looking at his sister,
"can you go and bring me some news about what's happening in Omniversal Layer 27?"
Gabriel paused for a moment.
She contacted her other brother, Jibril, through their shared link. After listening carefully and understanding everything, she turned back to Samael.
"Well, brother," she said seriously, "I spoke with Jibril. In that Omniversal Layer, there's a tournament going on."
"A tournament?" Samael asked.
"Yes," Gabriel continued.
"It's between so-called gods who exist through faith. They decided that humanity is imperfect and useless, so they want to wipe humans out completely."
"They're holding the tournament named Ragnarok to decide humanity's destruction."
Her expression was serious.
But the moment she finished Samael burst out laughing as He laughed so hard he had to hold his stomach.
Gabriel frowned.
"Brother, what's wrong with you?" she asked "They're planning to destroy humanity."
Samael walked closer and gently flicked her forehead.
"Gabriel," he said calmly, "did you forget the name of that tournament?"
She blinked.
"Ragnarok…?"
"Yes," Samael nodded. "Now tell me. What always happens during Ragnarok?"
Gabriel opened her mouth to answer—
Then froze.
Her eyes widened.
"…Wait."
She finally understood.
"In every myth of faith "gods"… in there very faith system…" she muttered, "Ragnarok is the event where the gods dienot humans."
Because Ragnarok itself is powered by faith energy and faith energy follows fate laws.
The moment gods declare Ragnarok…as They are sealing their own destruction.
"These faith-based gods are basically killing themselves," Gabriel said, rubbing her forehead.
Samael smiled.
"Exactly."
"So, brother," Gabriel asked, "what's your plan?"
Samael looked away, his smile turning thoughtful.
"It's simple," he said..."We observe As you already know, that world exists in many Omniversal Layers...I just want to see what happens when this Ragnarok reaches Jupiter's timeline."
He chuckled softly.
Thinking about his little brother.
"This should be… interesting."
While all this was happening in the DxD Cardinal World,
in the city of Sodom and Gomorrah, Lot tried many times to change the people. He destroyed the source of the crystal, hoping things would get better.
But the people did not change.
The only ones he was able to save were women and children who chose to follow him.
At one point, Lot revealed the truth...He told them who he really was—a prophet of God.
At first, they did not accept it.
By that time, atheism had already spread in Sodom and Gomorrah.
But when people started to grow horns, and their faces turned twisted and horrifying, the truth became impossible to deny.
Even then, Lot tried to calm their hatred. He tried to guide them.
But nothing changed.
Then Lot received a command from the Most High as He was told to leave the city.
So he did.
Lot left with one hundred women, fifty children and babies, and his wife Diva, who was pregnant.
The Most High also gave him a clear order:
"Do not look back."
Lot obeyed.
As they walked away, something terrifying happened. From the sky, it looked as if hell itself was breathing.
A Fire Stone rain fell upon Sodom and Gomorrah.
But this Fire rain was not normal as It was infused with light.
The moment it touched the people, their bodies turned into ash, then into pure earth, returning to the soil—just like how the first human, Adam, was created.
Their bodies were destroyed. But their souls were purified.
They were placed into a state of limbo, a deep sleep, waiting for judgment on the Day of Judgment, just like all souls.
Lot did not turn back.
Later, Lot, Diva, the one hundred women, and the fifty children reached a land near what would one day be known as modern-day Jordan.
There, they finally settled down, far away from the fallen city.
And Sodom and Gomorrah were no more.
