He may have entertained the idea of teaming up with the undead monarch, but that is just him wanting to make sure that annoying bastard wouldnt cross him when he travels to the undead realm.
First, since Kent had already planned to go to the Abyssal Chaos for his parents, who had been trapped there since the undead era, he is destined to either come face to face with the new Abyssal Chaos King or atleast a part of his power.
He had no plans to start a massacre there while he hadn't yet gotten his family out.
Should incase he manage to get them out of the abyssal chaos realm, then he would find a way to either stop the abyssal chaos king or atleast delay him a bit so he can prepare how best to handle it.
Already, Kent has some missions left to handle.
