Chapter 421 - Chapter 421: Escalating Situation

"Let me see your Pokémon," said Tekken, agreeing to Kalia's request. Considering the favor she had done by providing the fragment, it was now time for him to reciprocate.

A delighted expression appeared on Kalia's face as Master Tekken consented. She promptly retrieved Charizard's Poké Ball. Before pressing the button, however, with a sudden pop, it opened itself—clearly, Charizard had been eavesdropping inside.

Unfazed, Kalia knew her Charizard must have been listening keenly from within the Poké Ball.

The massive crimson Charizard descended onto the ground, releasing a brief wave of heat that quickly subsided.

"So this is your Charizard? Quite impressive, both in size and uniqueness." Tekken observed Lian with intrigue. It was his first encounter with such a colossal Charizard, which meant crafting its Pokémon Armor would require significantly more materials than usual.

"Yes," Kalia nodded affirmatively. With Charizard being her strongest Pokémon, equipping it with Pokémon Armor would be akin to adding wings to a tiger, enhancing its already formidable defensive capabilities and allowing even more fearless offensive strategies.

"No problem at all. I'll start by taking its measurements." As Master Tekken spoke, he retrieved his tools and began meticulously measuring various aspects of Charizard's physique, essential steps for creating the Pokémon Armor.

Master Tekken had high standards for custom-made Pokémon armor; ensuring a perfect fit was just the most basic requirement. Despite this, he meticulously began taking measurements.

This attention to detail and pursuit of perfection limited the number of Pokémon armors Master Tekken could create, as each endeavor left him significantly exhausted.

On this occasion, having not crafted Pokémon armor for quite some time, his hands were itching to work again. Additionally, with Kalia presenting the token of trust, it provided an opportunity to repay a favor, leading him to accept her request.

Creating a suitable set of Pokémon armor for Charizard was no simple task. Taking body measurements was merely the first step, followed by numerous other processes.

After two days, the preparations for crafting the Pokémon armor were finally complete. During this time, Kalia and Julian stayed at the villa, enjoying their temporary residence.

With the armor preparation done, all that remained was time.

The creation of Pokémon armor typically took around one month, meaning Kalia would be able to collect it after four weeks.

Following their farewells, Kalia and Julian departed Steelglow City.

Upon returning to Totem City, Kalia planned to visit Rhine City once more. This city held many cherished childhood memories, making it her preferred choice for establishing her own home.

Feeling the timing was right, Kalia decided to first secure a location for her flower shop before constructing her dream establishment.

The friction between the two regions increased daily, with numerous news reports highlighting their conflicts and disputes, sparking intense debates among many people.

As tensions escalated, physical confrontations began to occur. Although no major incidents had yet arisen, it was only a matter of time before something more serious unfolded.

At a port in the Ellie Region:

Another confrontation took place, sparked by an Ellie merchant expressing dissatisfaction with goods from the Sebas region. They deemed the products substandard and demanded returns.

In reality, the goods met the required standards; however, the merchant intentionally created difficulties. A forced return would result in significant losses, effectively rendering months of hard work futile.

Despite their anger, the representatives from Sebas maintained smiles, pleading with the merchant not to initiate the returns.

"Mr. Ten, please give us a chance. If these goods are returned, our half-year of efforts will be wasted."

This deferential attitude only emboldened the Ellie merchant further. He sneered at the supervisor and said, "I don't care. If it's subpar, then it's subpar. Using inferior goods would be irresponsible, and I won't accept these products."

Hearing this, the supervisor's heart sank. His fists clenched as he saw the contempt in Mr. Ten's eyes. Filled with anger yet powerless, he knew that if they couldn't sell this shipment, he would bear part of the loss, exacerbating his already financially strained family situation.

"Hmph, maybe if you kneel down and beg me, I could reconsider," Mr. Ten suddenly remarked.

The supervisor hesitated momentarily but quickly made up his mind, dropping to his knees without hesitation. For him, money was more crucial than dignity; there were things far more important than pride that needed protection.

"Ha ha!" Mr. Ten burst out laughing as he looked at the kneeling supervisor.

Smack!

Just then, an egg flew from afar and landed squarely in Mr. Ten's mouth. The foul smell of rotten eggs forced him to spit it out immediately.

"Eww... Who did this?" Mr. Ten seethed with anger, scanning his surroundings but failing to identify the culprit amidst the bustling crowd at the port.

"Pfft."

Someone chuckled; after all, Mr. Ten's appearance was utterly disheveled, covered in egg yolk and whites from the incident, making it impossible for him to wipe clean the sticky mess.

Hearing the laughter, Mr. Ten exploded in fury. He glared at the kneeling supervisor and roared, "It must have been someone from your Sebas region! I'm telling you, these goods are being returned—immediately!"

"You..."

The supervisor could no longer tolerate this indignity. Regardless of who threw the egg, even if it were someone from the Sebas region, directing their frustration solely on them was unjustified. Despite already having knelt in submission, the outcome remained unchanged.

"What? You dare to hit me?" Mr. Ten taunted, staring at the supervisor. "Go ahead, strike me, and watch your shipment rot in the warehouse."

Crack! The supervisor lunged forward, landing a powerful punch squarely on Mr. Ten's face. It sent him staggering backward, half of his face instantly swollen, and his glasses flying off.

At this point, the Supervisor no longer cared about returns or anything else. His dignity had been repeatedly trampled upon, and after witnessing various news reports over the past few days, his pent-up dissatisfaction with people from the Ellie Region finally erupted.

A full-blown brawl ensued as individuals from both regions began pummeling each other, continuously drawing more participants into the fray.

However, being at the Ellie Region's port, there were far fewer representatives from Sebas. Ultimately, those from the Ellie Region gained the upper hand.

Boom!

Suddenly, a burst of flames charged into the crowd, sending several individuals from the Ellie Region flying amidst intense inferno.

"Ah!"

"I'm burning alive!"

"Quick, jump into the water!"

Splash!

Splash!

Fortunately, they were near the harbor, with the sea just adjacent. People from the Ellie Region hastily dove into the water, but these flames were unleashed by a Pokemon. How could ordinary humans withstand them? Some individuals didn't even make it to the water before losing their lives.

"It's over."

The Supervisor's face turned pale. He wasn't sure who commanded the Pokemon to attack, but that detail seemed insignificant now. What mattered most was that lives were lost—specifically, those from the Ellie Region.
