Eric was injured, his left side killing him while his head was leaking a fair amount of blood. Eric held the tears in his eyes as he got up. The hyenas still looked at him maliciously. Hobbling, he dragged the chimp using his right side as his tears ran.
'It hurts..... Sniff Sniff, we have to leave. They may not come down but it's better to get away from these-these monsters.'
Feeling the weight of the chimp, the boy kept dragging the creature as he took step by step. The two had now entered a valley of sorts. The vegetation sparse while rock and the presence of bones increased.
Eric had managed to last an hour before he passed out as well. Oddly enough, the valley held no form of life. An arachnid tore from the ground in which she had been resting and looked at the two.
"Been awhile since my last meal. That monkey especially smells good."
Webbing the two of them, the spider laughed to itself as it took it's prey deep into it's territory. The arachnid was easily 16ft tall with an earthy coating on it's body.
Placing the two on it's web deep within it's cave. The arachnid scurried off to find it's seasonings. Returning, the spider could hardly control itself as it dipped the chimp into some cold oil and threw spicy seasonings on it. Eager to eat the nutritious creature before it, the spider bit down as a teal light exploded around it's body forming a shield.
Shock filled the many eyed spider as the teal light blew her away. Scurrying to her feet, fear encased her heart as she realized the light and what it meant.
"That monkey is protected. Whose child could this possibly beeee?!" Studying the creature closely, she noticed it's snake like tail and immediately shook like a leaf.
"How could I have made such a mistake?"
The spider started digging into the ground as she was about to enter a special tunnel prepared beforehand but a palm laid on the spider's abdomen.
"You dare touch my child?!" A rough and commanding voice boomed throughout the entire cave.
"Please my lord, I didn't know. I honestly didn't know he was your offspring."
"Unfortunately, apologies don't assure me" The open palm lying on the spider's abdomen closed as the spider burst into a cloud of blood.
The monkey was not yet done as it pointed to the blood mist. The mist condensed into a brown and red pill. Flying over to his child, the monkey opened the child's mouth and feed it the pill
In mere moments the chimp stirred. Eyes flaring open, the monkey's body glowed a teal and brown. It's tail grew longer, the slits of the eyes on it growing more intimidating. Getting into crane stance, the monkey started to box.
It's father watched in joy as the child finished one technique after the other. A half our later the child was once more calm.
"Thank you, father. I have progressed once more. My body will need time to further digest this opportunity." The child cupped his hands and bowed, yet his father could see that his tail would not sit still. A sign of the child's elation.
"Xiao Er, how did you end up in this fat bitch's territory. I explicitly told you to never come in this area."
"It was that ugly hyena's fault. He ambushed me and I barely escaped alive. At least 1/5 of their clan's younglings came at me under his son's command. The human over there saved my life."
Eyes growing weary, the monkey looked at the human and cut him down. Eric had lost any semblance of being healthy at this point. He was very pale with sweat beads dropping down his head.
"He is my benefactor father, we cannot let him die here."
"Haaaa, how I love, my child. You are correct, we should repay good with good. Let's get a move on as your mother is worried. I want to be able to eat dinner today."
His child laughed in an uproar. Summoning a cloud beneath his feet, the monkey almost left before turning back into the spider's lair. Leaving 5mins later the trio flew to a certain place on the mountain.
******************************************************************************************************Eric awoke in a flurry of surprise. "Am-AM I alive? HOw?" Feeling his body, he also realized he was in no pain. "Hahahahahahaha. Eat that you freaking hyenas, you Can't stop Eric Blaze Trenchton."
Looking around, the boy had been lying on a soft bed of grass. He was currently in a simple cave area. Grass waved at the cool wind and sunlight beamed through the holes in the cave.
"Woah!!" Eric spun around taking in the beautiful sight. "It looks like something from one of Mom's paintings."
"I am glad you like it dear." Turning, Eric saw a ginormous snake, a tall monkey, and the child monkey.
Growing nervous, Eric stumbled over his words. "Ni-Ni-Nice to a mmm-meet you ma'am."
"Oh he has manners, that is not bad. Not bad at all, see dear. I told you it wasn't going to be a problem."
The monkey only responded with an "mmmmhh" before studying the boy.
"Well boy, we need to thank you for saving our child. What is it that you seek, I haven't met many humans who are willing to help for free."
"I-I didn't help because I wanted something. I helped because I didn't like what I saw. All those hyenas ganging up on one individual is pathetic."
The Monkey and Snake looked at one another and smiled. "Looks like you are worthy of being a friend of ours. You saved our child's life, so I'd like to do something for you in return. What would you like."
Eric thought for a minute and looked at the two parents deeply. The monkey 6ft tall and had white and blue fur, it's eyes a beautiful light blue color. The snake on the other hand was 18ft long with a triangular head. It was a green and brown color, her eyes a soft silver.
Finally looking at the child monkey, he nodded his head as his mind was made up.
"What should I call each of you?"
The monkey spoke first, "My name is Blue Cloud."
His wife responded, " My name is Silver."
The child spoke last, "I'm Silver Cloud, its nice meeting you."
Eric nodded and did as his mother taught him, "My name is Eirc Blaze Trenchton. I have many goals but none of the strength to accomplish it. I have reached the age of opening and would like to receive your combined bloodline as my first."
The snake grew apprehensive while the monkey grew furious. "Here we go again!! Another human looking to get over on us by using our bloodline, OUR POWERS. You Probably didn't even---
Before the monkey could continue anymore Eric declared at the top of his lungs, " I Eric Blaze Trencheon swear that I will do right by my benefactors. I will create a full attachment with the bloodline and stars. I will not covet, envy, or lust after the power and destiny of this bloodline. Please allow me to carry this power."
All three animals were stunned. 'A human vowing to connect the stars and bloodline. Hmphf, good talk, is he talented enough? Damn it, this could be a good deal.' Thought the monkey.
Human, "Why would you want our bloodline. You may have guessed but we are the rulers of this area of the mountain. Yet our bloodline is only of the Knight rank."
"I am not a picky person, I believe that both of you come from certain legends. Your husband is a water and air elemental with a lineage probably descending from the ancient two headed Oceanic Ape and Wind Spirit. You seem to be a descendant of the Behemoth Serpent, and Earthen Plume Wood Sprite."
The child was beyond surprised at Eric accurately guessing their lineage but neither parent was.
"Seems you are educated on bloodlines and characteristics. Alright kid, I'll allow you to have our bloodline, but you know the benefits we seek." The monkey's tone dropping at towards the end of the sentence.
The Monkey and Serpent opened their mouths as a drop of essence blood was extracted from them. The child did the same as all three drops of blood essence mingled.
'I'm ready, mom and dad already taught me how to manage my first bloodline. I got this.'
As the drop of blood floated before him, Eric opened his mouth while forming hand signs. A shock ran through his body as he felt immense pain.
Closing his eyes the boy was drawn to his dantian. In that space now floated a dop of blood radiating immense pressure. Eyes narrowed, West didn't hesitate to walk forward and sit underneath the drop.
"[Heavenly Warrior's Technique 1st Emergence]!" A violent shudder ran through Eric's body as he bled. His bones breaking violently, fingers reshaping, skin shifting, muscles tearing, organs vibrating wildly. The monkey and snake said nothing while the child looked on worriedly.
Each of them looked pale and tired but none said anything. Even the child vaguely felt it was important to leave Eric alone.
Eric's body looked like torn tissue paper when a light shone from the boy. A monkey with a snake as a tail stood above him as though guarding him. A blue and green cocoon formed around the boy as he went through his first transformation.
