CHAPTER SIX
Far from town, deep within a fog-filled forest, stood an abandoned cathedral surrounded by gravestones and mist, inside you can see broken windows, an altar with torn cloth and hallways with only lit candles. cecila was walking throught the hallway holding a glass bottle that contained a strange liquid, The sounds of her footsteps echo on of the hallways, she entered a room where cessiar was, he was laying on bed still recovering from his battle against Hiro, cecilia approached and gave him the bottle, "what is this?", said cessiar holding the bottle. Cecilia told him that it was a potion that would help him recover, he drank the bottle but remained silent.
Cecilia sat on the edge of the bed and spoke to him, "you ok cessiar?.
Still feeling frustrated, cessiar squeezed the bottle and replied to cecilia, "i'm fine"...
"Don't lie to me...i know you're mad cessiar". Said cecilia to him.
"I can't believe i was humiliated by a human" cessiar whispered.
Cecilia felt his frustration and tried to calm him down, "don't worry brother, you will get another chance".
Cessiar could not contain his anger and threw the glass bottle at the wall and began to shout,"DAMN IT ALL!". Cecilia got startled by his sudden outburst, "we were so close on getting the girl, but that boy...Hiro got in the way, i underestimated him and let my guard down".
"Calm down cessiar, you're gonna hurt yourself more...we need to think of a way to get rid of Hiro before he learns how to control the crystal's power".
The wind pushed open one of the room's windows and blew out several of the candles, both cessiar and cecilia looked around, the room was filled with a malevolant laughter.
"Well, well...what do we have here". Said the voice
Cecilia stud up, "who's there!?".
" my dear cecilia you should know who i am, and you cessiar you look so down, i know i'll show you a magic trick, that will cheer you up"...
Cecilia finally recognized the strange voice and scoff, "oh it's you...jester"... from the shadows emerged a strange figure resembling a bufon,dressed in black and red. His smile was menacing, eyes that could read all of your fears and a laughter that echoed everywhere, that's correct my dear cecilia".
Cecilia crossed her arms and replied in an annoyed tone to him, "what do you want now jester".
" i just came by to see my two favorite siblings, and may i say that you cessiar look like you had better days".
Cessiar got angry, "cut the crap jester, why are you here!".
The Jester sat down on the table and with one hand on his chin he spoke to them,"well you're in a good mood... it so happends that the queen wanted me to assist you on taken care of the roses, i couldn't say no to her so i went as she ask but...when i got to where all of you were, i saw how you got your ass kick very hard by that one boy". He mocked him.
Cessiar stood up and clenched his fists "why you son of a"... before cessiar could finish cecilia cut him off," honestly jester do you really expect us to belive that the queen send you here to help us?".
"Of course she did, the job of obtaining the other half of the crystal is to important to leave it in the hands of 2 demons, and by the looks of it you 2 need all the help you can get".
"I swear i'll rip you apart". Cessiar snarl.
"Like you did to that boy" jester replied.
With a load growl and frustration cessiar shouted, "THAT'S IT I'LL KILL YOU!!!!". He dash to the jester but before he got closed to him cecilia got in between them and said, "THAT'S ENOUGH!!!". both cessiar and the jester were glaring at each other.
"Tell me something jester, does the queen know about all of this?". Said cecilia
"No i don't think she does why you ask". Said the jester confused.
"Then you know that Hiro can now harness the power of the chaos crystal and also he had the help of the roses". Replied cecilia.
"Yes i saw everything...it's very interesting to see that a normal human can harness such power". The jester said with a sinister tone.
"Now you know why me and cessiar had to retread, 5 of the 12 roses came to help him and cessiar was injured, we had a huge disadvantage".
"I know they really sweep the floor with both if you" the jester said with a mocking laughter.
Cessiar staterd to get more annoyed and snarl at the jester, "i'm getting sick of hearing that damn laugh".
"Well if you're mad at meimagine how angry the queen will be when she finds out that you two fail on capturing one of them and let the boy use the chaos blade". Cessiar took a step back knowing that the jester threaten him, "you woudn't dare..."
The jester saw the fear in cessiars eyes and laugh, "maybe i will or maybe not...who knows".
Cecilia overheard what the jester said and crossed her arms, he won't do it".
Cessiar turned his face to her and said,"are you sure sis...you know we can't trust him".
"Hes got a point there" the jester replied.
Cecilia began to approach the jester, scratching and old desk with her nails and said to him:," well you are right about something jester, we did fail on retriving the girl or the crystal. And cessiar did get his ass kick by Hiro". Cessiar came out of nowhere and yeald "I HEARD THAT!!!"."so go ahead tell the queen we faild....but....".
He stoped smiling and noticed that cecilia change her tone, "but what?".
Cecilia stood in front of him, "make sure that you tell the queen that you stood there and didn't offer to helpor better yet you could have takenadvantagethat my borther was fightingHiro and you could havegrab momo, and yet you just watch..i'm sure that the queen would like hear that, won't she...jester".
The jester change his expression to a more serious tone when cecilia spoke, "so whats you're point".
Cecilia lean in closer to him running her finger through Jesters jawline and whisper," it's very simple my dear jester...if we go down...you go down as well". Her eyes turned crimson red as she finished speaking.
The Jester took a step back and scoof," fine you win i won't tell her".
"I thought so". Said cecilia with a grin on her face.
The jester jump back and said: "but when i defeat that boy and his little group of pathetic roses and take the chaos crystal, the queen will be so pleased that she will make me her right hand man insted of you too". Cecilia stared at him with glowing red eyes, "well it was nice to be here but ...i have work to do see yaa later". With a maniacal laugh he vanished into the shadows.
"I thought he never leave". Said cessiar sitting back on the edge of the bed. Walking to the door cecilia hold the door knob but before she leave she spoke to his brother, "do me a favor and stay put, your still recovering from your last battle".
"And where are you going?". Replied to her.
She opened the door but before she could leave she turned her face to him and said, "don't worry...i just got something to do i'll back". She closed the door and left the room.
"Fine..." he said and lay back in bed.
As she walks through the hallway she spoke to herself,"trust me jester this will be the last time you came here and threaten me and my brother".
The next day all of the girls were wating anxiously for Hiro and his friends.
Momo was veryexcited to go," i can't belive that we are really going to see the whole town".
"Yeah and i can't wait to eat all of the food", niko said with a hungry look on her face.
Kana raised her eyebrow,"are you seriously hungry again niko?".
"Hey it's not my fault all of the snacks were gone little miss i ate the whole thing when everyone was sleeping", kana blushed, yeah i saw you and i can smell the potatochips on your breath". Niko shouted.
Kana got in her face, SHUT UP!!".
Niko also got in her face to,"MAKE ME!!". both of them began to growl at each other.
"BOTH OF YOU STOP THIS AT ONCE!!!". Shouted iris at them.
Both niko and kana look away frowning, Hiro casey, kyle and jason just arrived and saw that everyone were outside waiting for them, momo saw that Hiro and rush into his arms, both of them fall to the ground, momo's tail was wagging as her face was burried into Hiro's chest.
"Ok momo let Hiro get up, you still have a whole day to play with him ", said iris to momo as she got up but not leaving his side, she then talk to Hiro and said: "are you sure you can handle all of them?".
"Don't worry iris eveything is going to be alright, they are going to have a blast". Hiro said to her.
"Alright then...but before you all go i must do something first, girl for a line please". All of the girls were curious and form a line, iris began to cast a spell that turned them all into normal girls, all of them looked at each others blinking at the same time
Yuki began to search for her katana and noticed that it was gone.
Lily noticed that her tail was gone and gasp.
Momo slowly reach for her fluffy ears and they were gone as well.
Niko saw how kana looked and laugh at her, "HA HA you look like a regular girl".
"So do you, you dumbell". Kana replied to her.
Niko noticed that Kana was right and started to scream in a funny way.
"The reason i did that to all of you is because i don't want all of you to draw any unecesary attention, oh and don't worry its not permanent". Iris told the girls.
Niko crossed her arms and murmur,"it's still feels weird".
"Niko do you still want to go or not?". Yuki ask her.
"Yes i do". She replied to yuki.
"Then shut up and stop complaining". Yuki said to her as niko stick her tongue at her.
"Last night i had an idea on how we can divide in a group of 4" said casey,all of them got together and listen,"ok it goes like this...
I'll take yui, kazumi and kaori...jason will take niko,kana and asuka...Hiro will go with yuki and momoand kyle will go with lily and akari.
Akari noticed that casey didn't count iris and spoke,"wait, isn't iris coming with us?".
Iris smiles and said to akari,"i'm afaird not this time akari,"i have to stay herejust in case something goes wrong, and besides someone must watch over grandma, so go ahead and have some fun".
"We promise to bring everyone back". Hiro said to iris.
" i know you will Hiro, i truat you and you're friends". Iris replied to him with a confident expression on her face.
"Ok then lets go!!!!". Niko shouted very excited.
Kazumi then cast a spell that teleported all of them into Hiro's house, all of them got out and were amazed, a new world open in front of their eyes, they began walking but they didn't took their eyes on all of the stuff that the saw. As they kept walking they got a good view of the carnival, momo was so happy that she started to run as they all followwd her, before everyone could go Casey explain a few details and told them to to meet at 5 pm in that same spot, all of them nooded amd went on their own way, niko saw all of the delicious food and began to eat everything like crazy,momo saw a pool filled with stuffed animals and jump to hug them all,
Kaori saw a band playing music and started to dance.
Kana was helping niko who was choking on the food she was eating and kazumi walk to the library and began to read books, Casey and yui where eating ice-cream.
Kyle was a little nervous and tried to make conversations with akari and lily,"sooo...um...what games do you want to try out first?".
"Beats me you're the one who knows this place". Lily said with both of her hands on the back of her head.
Akari noticed how kyle was blushing while looking at lily and a playful grin started to show on her her face very slowly, she then noticed a dart game on her side and had an idea, she lean on kyle's shoulder and said,"oh kyle can you teach us how to play that game?...i'm sure that you are very skilled with it...i mean look at you, you look like a very inteligent boy who can teach two girls that never since this world before, isn't it right lily?". All of a sudden lily's eyes when wide and a deep blush appared in her cheeks, lily got flustered and didn't know what to say.
With a happy smile on kyle's face he replied to akari, " oh..well i dont mind...i'll be happy to show you". Lily was still flustered so akari grabbed both their hands and pull them to the game laughing.
Jason was walking alone with asuka he tried multiple times talking to her but asuka didn't show any interes in talking, he took a deep breath and tried one more time, "so...how are you finding this place so far?.
Asuka kept walking but this time she replied,"it's very festive...i like it".
Jason felt a releave now that asuka spoke to him and got very excited, "oh wow me too i find this place very fun and so being with you".
Asuka stop im midway raising her eyebrow," what was that?".
Jason notices that he said tje last part outloud and try to fix what he ment laughing nervously, "i ment as a group of course".
Asuka rolled her eyes and kept walking but jason lookes disapointed at himself.
While they were having the time of there life the Jester was on top of A building looking at the festivaland saw that Hiro and the rest of the girls were there too.
"Well well well look what the cat drag in, it's Hiro and his little group of roses, today is my lucky day..i get to kill them and have my rightful place near the throne of the queen... his expression change into a more sinister tone,"no more jokes and no more entertaiment, all of them will show respect to me".
Hiro and yuki were trying to keep up with momo who was runing around very happy, both of them stop to catch some air, Hiro then got some water to yuki, here take this, i didn' t know that momo had this much energy, bu the way are you having fun yuki?".
Yuki drank the water then smiled, "yes i am, but not as much as momo i mean look at her...she's so happy". Hiro looked at momo and smiled.
Momo saw a bunch of pople getting together and got corious,"oh look there's something happening over there, can we go Hiro pretty please?".
"Sure momo we still got time lets go". Hiro said to her.
Momo started to jump very happy so she ran, "momo wait for us", yuki shouted.
The Jester was wearing a costume while running the show, he noticed that Hiro,yuki and momo were watching,"come on everyone join the showall of you are invited, it' a one of a life time performanceso call you mom, call you're friends, call everyone you know because today's show....it's to die for HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
