Liu Ruyan quickly wiped her eyes twice to prevent her embarrassed look from being seen by Nangong Bing.
Even though she composed her emotions, she still couldn't escape Nangong Bing's keen observations.
"What's wrong with you? Did you cry?"
"N-no. I didn't cry, you saw it wrong. I wouldn't cry." Liu Ruyan looked as if trying to hide something.
She immediately stood up from the sofa, swaying her seductive figure as she headed to the refrigerator in the kitchen, and took out a bottle of beer.
"Damn! Even the damn beer I want to drink is expired!"
Liu Ruyan was almost infuriated, the bottled beer had been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long, with the production date long expired.
"I can't believe this!"
In a fit of anger, she couldn't care less, opened the cap, and gulped down several sips.
