Avril's spiritual power hadn't fully recovered and following Xu Fan in their breakout, despite being protected by him, had exhausted most of her energy. Now, supporting Lan Xinyi, it was natural she couldn't keep up with Xu Fan's pace.
"I'll carry Xinyi. Here are some elixirs to restore your spiritual power, take them while running!"
Xu Fan didn't hesitate at all; his mind remained incredibly calm, quickly coming up with a strategy.
Lan Xinyi was seriously injured. Being supported by Avril only worsened her condition, so Xu Fan had to carry Lan Xinyi while running! Though Avril had little spiritual power left, sprinting did not require much. Taking the elixirs should barely sustain her.

Whether out of shyness or fear of burdening Xu Fan, Lan Xinyi blushingly tried to refuse. However, when Xu Fan shot her a stern look, she obediently climbed onto Xu Fan's back, wrapping her arms around his neck.
