Scarface saw Xiang Yu write his name up there, then chuckled, "Since everyone has signed, I'll lay down the rules for the future."
The others said nothing and sat quietly listening to Scarface speak.
"Now the territory is divided, when taking tasks, it's best to take tasks within your own area." Scarface said, grinning wickedly, pointing at the smallest part on the map, clearly targeting Xiang Yu.
The Xiang Alliance's area is the smallest, mostly mountainous and basically has no tasks available.
If Scarface's rule of only taking tasks from one's region is followed, Xiang Yu and his group will starve.
"I don't care about others, but if any of you trespass into my area, I won't show mercy." Scarface said, sweeping his gaze over the crowd.
None of those seated around the round table were timid; faced with Scarface's penetrating gaze, they showed no fear.
"That's all I have to say, does anyone have anything to add?" Scarface finished and then plumped down into his seat.
