This arcade has a total of three floors. Like other places, the first floor is the biggest and has the most people. The second floor has more upscale entertainment facilities, catering to a higher class, and thus has fewer people than the first floor.
Then comes the uppermost floor, the third floor, which has the fewest people, mostly occupied by big shots. Although Liang Xiaohan gets around well in school, this isn't just a hangout for students but a place where students mingle with society folks.
So, after arriving here, Liang Xiaohan went straight to the second floor, ignoring the third, and brought Awu, Hao Jian, and others with her. Small-time gangsters usually remain on the first floor. To go to the second floor, they'd need an influential figure to bring them up; otherwise, they'd face disdain and ridicule for not knowing the rules and disrespecting their seniors, perhaps even getting beaten up.
