Chapter 7 - chapter 7: The Original owner

White.

Endless white.

Kelly floated in a world without sound.

No sky.

No earth.

No village.

No soldiers.

No story.

Only silence.

The silence stretched endlessly until even time seemed to disappear.

Then—

A voice echoed through the void.

"Kelly."

Her eyes snapped open.

The voice was familiar.

Not because she knew who it belonged to.

But because it felt like a forgotten part of herself.

"Who's there?" she asked.

No answer came.

Instead, golden words appeared before her.

One sentence at a time.

As though an invisible hand was writing directly into reality.

[Novel World Deleted.]

[Correction Process Failed.]

[Unauthorized Existence Detected.]

Kelly frowned.

"Unauthorized?"

The words shifted.

[Verifying Identity...]

[Identity Confirmed.]

[Original Owner Located.]

Her breath stopped.

"...Original owner?"

A strange pain exploded behind her eyes.

Fragments flashed before her.

A keyboard.

A computer screen glowing in the darkness.

Fingers typing rapidly.

Then—

The memory vanished.

Kelly grabbed her head.

"What was that?"

The golden words continued.

[Memory Seal Releasing...]

Pain surged through her mind.

Another fragment appeared.

A notebook filled with names.

Character profiles.

Plot outlines.

A familiar name circled in black ink.

Lu Chengzou.

Kelly froze.

"No..."

Another memory.

A document file.

Chapter drafts.

Notes.

Timelines.

A sentence she somehow recognized.

"Future Major General Lu Chengzou."

Kelly staggered backward.

Her heart pounded wildly.

Impossible.

Why did those memories feel like hers?

More fragments rushed forward.

Three children.

A businessman.

An actor.

A doctor.

A tragic reborn heroine.

A vicious stepmother.

A soldier destined to become a legend.

Characters.

Scenes.

Plots.

Stories.

Thousands of stories.

And every single one felt familiar.

Not because she had read them.

Because she had created them.

"No..."

Tears formed in her eyes.

"No... that's impossible..."

The memories kept coming.

Late nights.

Coffee cups.

Typing until dawn.

Building worlds.

Creating destinies.

Writing lives.

Then—

One final memory surfaced.

A blank document.

A blinking cursor.

And a title.

Transmigrated Into a Period Novel: As a Supporting Character

Kelly's pupils contracted.

The world around her trembled.

She remembered.

Not everything.

But enough.

Enough to understand.

"This world..."

Her voice shook.

"I created it."

Silence answered her.

Then the golden words appeared once more.

[Narrative Authority Returned.]

The white void rippled.

A book slowly emerged from the emptiness.

Ancient.

Beautiful.

Covered in golden runes.

Kelly stared at it.

Something deep within her recognized it immediately.

The moment she saw it—

She knew its name.

The Script.

Her Script.

The source of every character.

Every timeline.

Every fate.

Every possibility.

Kelly stepped forward slowly.

Her hand trembled as she reached for the cover.

The instant her fingers touched it—

The book opened.

Countless pages exploded into the air.

Words filled the void.

Names.

Events.

Timelines.

Past.

Present.

Future.

Everything.

Every life inside the novel.

Every choice.

Every ending.

All of it.

Under her control.

Kelly's breathing became uneven.

"So it's true..."

The pages turned rapidly.

One after another.

Then suddenly—

They stopped.

A single page floated before her.

At the top was written:

OWNER OF THE SCRIPT

Kelly swallowed.

Slowly.

Carefully.

Expecting to see her own name.

Instead—

Her blood turned cold.

Because someone else's name was written there.

A name she had never seen before.

A name written in crimson.

As though it had been carved into the page with blood.

The entire void trembled.

The pages began shaking violently.

The golden light flickered.

Then—

A new sentence appeared beneath the name.

Kelly's hands started trembling.

The sentence slowly completed itself.

[WARNING.]

[THE THIEF HAS FOUND YOU.]

The book slammed shut.

Darkness swallowed the void.

And somewhere in the darkness—

Something laughed.
