Palpus devourer looks like a giant meat ball with octopus's tentacles around its body and it devoured many prey till this day and made their intelligence and spiritual powers part of itself and its huge coal tar looking water ball isn't normal as it has its life of its own. As soon as terroeyike spiritual power came into contact with water mass, black maggots start crawl out of water mass as it starts to devour the spiritual power of terroeyike and spread throughout her body as they multiply quickly almost reaching the body but before that happen terroeyike eyes shine with scarlet glow as it forcefully cut the connection with her spiritual signs completely as not leaving any mark or print that connect with her.
Now, what was left for maggots to devourer is pure spiritual energy without corruption of the world as they eat the spiritual energy they grew in size and start to devourer one another till the last one remains. Palpus devourers summon back the last remaining as big as cat size maggot inside its body as its dark and tainted flesh turn to health in real life as the men in sky watch Palpus slowly recovering its power.
"Jeremiah, don't waste much time. Just as a terroeyike mouth appears, cast the spell with all of your cursed powers." Jeremiah heard his master command but didn't give a reply as he was in the middle of casting spells along with his fellow disciples. Every one of them heard what needed to be done as their life and death depends on this.
The backlash of these drastic measure can be seen on terroeyike body as spike start to turn bloody as completely cutting of spiritual power like this only can be done by its eyes power that's why it's one of the most hunted nightmare creature for its eyes then its spikes. One of the eye of terroeyike disappear from its sea of conscious as it appeared on its body to recover the lost spiritual energy and heal itself. Terroeyike neck suddenly bulge as something is moving from inside it stomach to top her neck, soon eight white tusks ripped through the terroeyike skin as they appear before the world opened the bloody mouth full of shark like teeth from the inside and inside her throat tongue like organ came out from deep within the body with its red eye wrapped around with transparent saliva, Jeremiah and his fellow watch with nervousness as moment they waiting for about to happen.
All of them had talismans behind their back hiding their presence from other humans and nightmare creatures but just as red eyes came out of the terroeyike mouth, all of them suddenly felt change inside their body as their curse power was being sucked out of them forcefully. But they couldn't do anything except during this pain as they are weak and couldn't resist terroeyike and they were standing closest to terroeyike, they're affected by this more than anyone else.
Around port, darkness suddenly changes to aurora night showing all different colour lights gathering at the one spot, at terroeyike red eye as it tries to recover its lost spiritual power and heal itself through absorbing others spiritual powers and curse power. Surviving humans who were around the port suddenly felt weak as their curse power started draining out of them, some of the old ones knew why this was happening to them, while newcomers were in the dark about it.
Big source of light is palpus devourer as it almost like its life energy is being drained out of it, while Solace doesn't have single light coming out of him, as his robe made of lots of protective charms and talisman and he has better control over his curse power than the other. Just like his disciples he also has same red robe and eyes covered with thick cloth but around his chest has golden sun symbol, on his shoulder there's three small stars and on his back one big talisman continue to burn scarlet without stopping ever since he started the fight with palpus devourer.
Spiritual attack, cursed attack and its darn tentacles are no joke, fight has to end now before terroeyike recovers its power or worst possible fate would befall upon all men. Master Solace changed his tactics as he abandoned his safe approach and draining out enemy methods and flew towards palpus devourer like shooting star. Hold the spear tightly in front of him as flew straight from above at palpus devourer as he got close to it, his mind started to hallucinating as if he about to hit rocky terrain to erupting volcano but he knew its just illusion as his spear pierce through palpus devourer body and came from the other side as he falls on the sea port ground making big crater with explosion sound.
Solace opens his eyes as his spear is sticking to the ground beside him and turns his body on his back to look above the sky as palpus devourer is burning like marshmallows in sky. But he knows that not enough to kill that bastard nightmare, as palpus devourer escapes from the sea port as it dives into the sea water. Master Solace slowly stood up on his feet as palpus devourer corruption was affecting his thoughts and mind, he held his spear tightly as he leaned on it to take support for standing still in his current state. He looks towards where all the lights in the sky are heading towards with (solemn) face, as he still remembers his ten disciples are waiting for him.
'Soon talisman will lose its effectiveness against terroeyike, if that happen all these 10 disciple would die and their death be on me and my name in the record of achievement and losses might face shame like no one else before me or after me.' Mater Solace thought to himself as he clears his mind from other thoughts as jumped to the sky and start flying towards the terroeyike in speed.
He spreads out his cursed energy around his disciples as he observes their every move and try not to let them die, even though it will take great toll on his body and soul as terroeyike is continue to consume spiritual powers along with cursed energy from the surrounding like hungry and starved beast. Master Solace took out one yellow talisman written with black ink from his robe pocket. It looks ordinary to one but only Master Solace and disciples knew this talisman's value and what it does.
Master Solace burned the talisman with flames on his hand and yellow paper quickly turned into ashes but the words written on it burned with scarlet flame as they flew over every disciple's head and just as ink hover above their head the curse energy that sucked out of them stopped but they knew it was only for the minute or two before it loses its effectiveness.
Master Solace took out a small bone knife from his robe's pocket and stabbed the knife in his left hand palm, as knife stab in his hand blood started seeping out from the wound but it didn't end there as he moved the knife in full circle. On his bloody hand a perfect circle appears carved off with a sharp bone knife, if one can see it if they ignore the blood flowing out his hand. Master Solace stretched out his bloody left and held his bronze and gold spear with his right hand as ready to make his move.
"Chain that binds all, those above the law of flames or below the pit's abyss. Brings forth the chains of flames that govern the cursed spirit of the sun of crowned Vatokinignist."
As he speaks out the full curse name the circle on his left palm starts to burn with intense heat as his skin turns into ashes because of burn within seconds. A fire ball appears on his hand and soon it starts to take circular shape and becomes a ball of flame with a distinct pattern of chain. The fire ball flew into the air straight to terroeyike red eyes and hit the red eye with intense heat but instead of burning the eye flames envelope eyes in flames without damaging it and a chain of flames spread out from the burning fire ball as it traps the whole body of terroreyike.
Sizzling fire burns through the flesh of terroeyike and 10 chains spread out from the trapped terroeyike body to 10 disciples standing around the terroeyike body in a circle. 10 chains bind around the disciple's wrist all of them hold the chain with their hands as they keep the terroeyike body. A chain of flames burned through their skin and flesh but none of them screamed out as they knew this really delicate and important moment to harvest terroeyike eyes.
Everything happened within just few seconds for Terroeyike to even react to what happened, she start to screaming out in pain to Master Solace this is nothing but to 10 disciple within him this worst moment of their life as their hand is literally burning on flames and Kiwi bird like scream with 10 times worse terrifying as it almost shattering their eardrum and those who were weak had their eardrum shattered as their bleeding out from all of their pores, black blood is flowing out of their eyes, nose, mouth and ears. But despite that they're still holding the chain of flames with their hand not letting go out of them as it burns through their flesh.
