Just as Sarah sat down on one of the office chairs, Alex's vision started fading into darkness... Until something popped up.
"Wait."
"What?"
Much to the annoyance displayed on her face, Alex still chose to take the risk and ask the question on his mind.
"Do you know why Meiya and Luqing left unannounced?"
"I do, but I'm not going to tell you."
"Why?"
"Because you asked too many questions today. It's time for you to—"
"Please, tell me. I will do anything." Alex interupted, unable to hide the desperation on his face.
"Anything?"
"Anything."
"Hm... I do need you for a little favor." Sarah murmured as she started swirling her hair with her finger.
"What is it? I'll try my best to fulfill it... As long as it is moral." Alex added the last part at the very last second.
"It's nothing serious. I just need you to throw some spells at the sky."
"Spells?"
"Yep. Any spell. I just need you to throw as many as you can until you're tired."
