Yeh Huang followed Long Linger down to the first floor and saw a few soldiers dead there as well. The landlady was standing at the door, intending to open it and leave. The young man was clearly scared stiff, crouching by the wall, shivering uncontrollably.
"The door won't budge..." the landlady tried a few times and found she didn't have Yeh Huang's skills to open the door at all.
"Let me do it!"
Yeh Huang approached the dead soldiers, searched their bodies, and found a key to open the main door.
Although this place had many soldiers and resembled a military base, in reality, the personnel here weren't many, far less strict than a real military base.
Once the door was open, Yeh Huang hadn't had time to speak when the young man rushed out first, running halfway, suddenly a spotlight shone down from the rooftop, illuminating the square.
"Stop, stand where you are with your hands up, or we will shoot."
