Mu Liang sat in the car, his smile sincere. Seeing Xiao Qiao felt exceptionally intimate. They had collaborated on multiple missions over the past year and were very familiar with each other. Xiao Qiao was highly supportive of Mu Liang's reckless zest.
"Your driver is quite a big deal," Xiao Qiao smiled and said. "If it were a beauty, you'd eagerly be the driver, but what are you doing catering to Jack, such a burly guy?"
"I'm pretty much like a beauty too." Jack knocked on the door. "Come down for dinner together."
"I need to make a call. You guys go up first, I've reserved the private room."
Jack accompanied Wesley and Xiao Qiao upstairs while Mu Liang stayed below making his call. This place was one Mu Liang frequented, and the private room was already booked. Despite only four people, it didn't feel empty at all. Wesley asked, "Your combat exchange isn't over yet?"
"There's still a long way to go."
"I thought it was just a year."
