Hearing this, Guardiola silently grimaced.
Mourinho had been complaining for over 20 minutes. Guardiola held his phone away, and only when he sensed there was no sound did he ask, "Jose, when you were at Chelsea, why did you get injured so often? "
"Did Ramos tell you?"
Mourinho asked nervously on the phone.
"No, I'm just curious."
Guardiola said.
Far away in Madrid, Mourinho sighed with relief; he didn't want anyone to know how he got injured.
"It's nothing serious, just injuries, that's all."
Mourinho said on the phone.
"Then could you explain those things about hiring wizards and such?"
Guardiola asked.
"Of course, considering our friendship, I'll tell you, divination is very mysterious and effective..." Mourinho babbled on.
Guardiola frowned.
What he wanted to hear about was sacrifices, not divination.
But Mourinho only talked about crystal balls and tarot cards.
Damn!
Guardiola felt Mourinho was playing him.
He totally didn't intend to share any secrets.
