My name is Christian Manuel Paredes, and I'm a college student from the Philippines. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high triglycerides, and doctors also discovered a heart murmur. I urgently need medication and another hospital visit to have my heart checked.
Unfortunately, my family is currently struggling financially because of the storm that hit our area last month. My condition has been getting worse because I've had to skip or reduce my medication to make it last longer. At this point, I only have about 2–3 doses left, and I'm worried about what will happen when they run out.
