After nearly two days on the train, they finally arrived in Guangcheng. As soon as Cheng Su exited the train station, she spotted Cheng Yaozu and Ying Xiaoya waiting at the exit, laughing and chatting about something. Their affectionate closeness caught the attention of passersby.
"Look at that." Cheng Su nudged Qi Taiguo's side and gestured forward with her mouth.
Qi Taiguo was observing the surroundings and, upon hearing Cheng Su's words, looked over to see Cheng Yaozu quickly pecking Ying Xiaoya's cheek, prompting her to playfully jab him with her fist.
"Wow, are things getting serious?" Qi Taiguo chuckled.
"Ning Ge wasn't wrong, living in the same city, they were bound to get together in less than a month. That guy really called it!" Cheng Su said while waving to the couple.
"Familiarity breeds fondness!" Qi Taiguo laughed as well, "Seeing each other every day is definitely better for a relationship than meeting once every ten days or so!"
