Seeing that Zhao Ji was temporarily fine, Qiu Tu walked over to the burlap sack, squatted down, and began untying it.
But as soon as the sack was untied, Qiu Tu stuck his head in for a look, and immediately—whoosh!—grabbed and clutched the sack closed again.
He looked at Zhao Ji in disbelief, then asked, "This is...?"
Upon hearing Qiu Tu's question, Zhao Ji replied calmly, "Yes. Exactly what you're thinking."
Qiu Tu couldn't tell if it was his imagination, but he felt as though there was a hint of a smile in Zhao Ji's eyes as she spoke.
Still, when he looked more closely, he saw nothing; maybe he'd just imagined it.
Regardless of whether Zhao Ji was joking or not, this wasn't a gift Qiu Tu could accept so lightly.
So he looked up at Zhao Ji and said, "What if I told you I've quit?"
Zhao Ji gave Qiu Tu a flat look. "You think I'd believe you?"
Qiu Tu, a bit of a headache coming on, opened the sack again.
Sure enough, inside the sack was a naked woman.
