Yan Luoxi sat on a bench under the flower rack, cradling a round-faced, adorable little girl who bore a slight resemblance to her, and more strongly resembled the valiant Li Yeqi.
She knew, of course, that the little girl in her arms was the daughter of Yan Luoxi and Li Yeqi. She walked over and leaned down to play with the little one, but standing against the light unexpectedly frightened the girl into tears.
Yan Luoxi hurriedly comforted the child, looking at Han Zhenzhen apologetically, "Miss Han, I'm sorry, Xiangxiang is shy, especially with those kinds of women who exude insincerity; she cries at even the slightest touch."
Han Zhenzhen's expression soured, but she pretended not to understand, "I've heard that children are shy because adults don't take them out often enough. I wonder if there are places for kids to play in the villa area. Perhaps Mrs. Li could take her out to play with her little friends more often, and she'll naturally grow up to be lively and cheerful."
