" What do you want us to do? Die at his hands? The king of Armogodites is a living demon and we all know what he is capable of "
" Our king is dead and we have no heir to the throne, I personally think we should accept the king of Armogodites offer to unite us as one"
" By doing that, we are betraying our late king and the people of Kona, it's a dishonor to our ancestors"
" How dare you all gather here to defile the late king on the very day we mourn him?" A woman asked interrupting their arguments
" Praise the god's. The Great Sorceress is here" one of the officials at the palace said
" I assume you all want to escort the dead king too?" The sorceress asked in anger
" Our king have been dead for a week from his chronic disease, the queen is barren and unable to rule us. The king of Armogodites has offered to marry our queen in return to unite the two kingdoms as one; it's such a befitting offer that no sensible person can refuse" The head of the palace officials said to the sorceress
" Do you think the king of Armogodites cares about you all? He is just looking for more people to turn into animals and hunt for him. The god's forbids us from joining hands with the Armogodites" The sorceress angrily said to him
" It's better to side with Armogodites than to make war with them, you said it yourself; they are animals, it's just a matter of time before they rip our skins apart. We need a stronger kingdom at our side, I see no kingdom more capable to side with than the Armogodites " he urged them, some of the palace officials agreed that it was the best solution
" You dare question the god's words?" The sorceress asked in anger
" The god's are already dead to us when they denied us a heir, they brought this upon us and you are in no place to give us orders" he Icily said, with that, he left her presence and the others in support of him joined him
" You are going to regret this, the Armogodites are demons, they will keep making offers to you until you loose control of your own self !!" The sorceress assured them.
