Although there is a backdrop of these three major forces contending, achieving this is indeed extraordinary.
Now at least 6 factions have been identified entering the fray, with Sheng Yanlin backed by the Patrol Defense Office, the Mo Family of the Ten Great Sects, and the Southern Border Liu Family, a mighty force.
Meanwhile, behind the rebellion led by Sheng Jingxuan stands the United Federation, the Chamber of Commerce, Bone Painting Tower, one of the Ten Great Sects, and the formidable Yiling Academy itself.
Seven forces tangled together; it's not an exaggeration to call this a grand melee, and amidst this, there are surely trump cards yet to emerge — Yang Xiao is still curious to whom Sheng Yanlin sent his last call for help.
Even at this critical juncture, Sheng Yanlin hasn't disclosed anything, further piquing Yang Xiao's curiosity.
However, he can confirm that Dean Sheng is on their side and indeed plans to fulfill his promise, which is enough.
