The female servant pours a tea to each of their glasses at the table.
After they sit, Viktor asks, "Alright, so what matters that you like to discuss, Mr.Tokugawa."
Tokugawa replies, "Hmph, straight to the point, huh."
Liang replies, "Of course, time is money."
Tokugawa says, "Hahahaha, alright. Gentlemen, the matter that I want to discuss is about the future."
Liang asks, "The future?"
Tokugawa answers, "Yes, I have a plan for the future and once it's executed, it will bring a huge effect to our cooperation."
Viktor says, "A plan that will bring a huge effect to us all. If the impact will be that enormous, it means this plan of yours will change our workflow."
Tokugawa replies, "Exactly, I have a game changing plan."
Liang replies, "So what are you planning to do, Mr.Tokugawa?"
Tokugawa answers, "I've planned to become the prime minister of Japan."
Liang and Viktor were surprised, "PRIME MINISTER?!!"

After that, he says all his plans in detail on how he could become a prime minister and how to make Kage No Shakai acceptable globally.
Then Tokugawa says, "What do you think of my plan?"
Liang replies, "Hmm...….it's kinda risky."
Viktor says, "Yeah, I don't know if this could work."
Tokugawa replies, "It will work."
Viktor replies, "Are you sure?"

Liang gives it a thought for a moment and then he says, "Alright, I agree."
Tokugawa nods.
Then he looks at Viktor and says, "How about you, Viktor?"
Viktor smiles and replies, "Well, let's give it a shot. High risk, high reward, am I right?"
Tokugawa smiles and answers, "Splendid, let's have a toast."
They grabbed and lifted their glass.
After that, Tokugawa says, "Here's for the greater future of Kage No Shakai."
Then they have a toast and say together at the same time,
"FOR THE GREATER FUTURE OF KAGE NO SHAKAI!!!!!"
After the meeting ended, Tokugawa received a call.
He picked up the phone and said, "So how is it going?"
A woman answers, "Successful."
She's in a car with her bodyguards on the front seat and a Russian female butler beside her.
Tokugawa replies, "Good."
Then she says, "How about your meeting with your business partners, Mr.Tokugawa. Do they agree?"
Tokugawa replies, "They have agreed to my terms."
The woman answers, "Huh, that's a relief. So with this, we could move to the next stage of our plan."
Tokugawa replies, "Indeed. And so based on our agreement, I hope you did your part."

Tokugawa just stays silent.
But then, that woman says, "You too, please don't forget your part as well."
Tokugawa replies, "Yeah, I'm working on it."
The woman answers, "Oh, you're working on it? Then explain to me why Sakura Aihara is still alive?"
Tokugawa replies, "Well, it is because...…"
