"Sure sure, and pigs can fly." Finn said sarcastically and had a sudden thinking expression. In this world, that was highly possible. But thinking of it again, in this world wasn't seeing pigs fly the least strange thing.
There was a talking dog, a talking bubblegum, an evil overload cosmic penguin and even weirder and stranger things. So, the expression pigs can fly was quite tame. Maybe he should change it into something like magic man being a good guy.
He thought again of Marceline's words and a strange question came to him. Did she miss being able to feel the sun. Did she ever long to eat normal food? These were all normal thing he experienced as a human, but what about Marceline. Her longing was clearly there clearly shown when she lost her vampirism and wanted it to stay that way. Maybe this should be his next project. With the genius of his mind and the availability of the Nomicon, it was impossible for him to fail.
His eyes were gentler as he looked at her, but he did not air his thoughts. It would be a surprise, for when they would meet next. And the Marceline he knew was an avoidant. She would most likely run away or avoid the topic if he asked now.
Marceline continued laughing evilly for a little while longer until she calmed down, still clutching her stomach and making a satisfied expression.
"What did you do to them anyways. From their earlier bravado, I thought they would rather die than give up. But whatever you did seemed to work the trick. You had them completely pale white and trembling." Finn asked, his eyes shining with practical curiosity.
He was very aware of how powerful Marceline was and the variety of abilities at her disposal was equally abundant. The daughter of this world's underworld in short, a half demon, a half human and finally the heir of the vampire king, the last vampire and the vampire queen. Marceline felt more like a protagonist than him! The only thing you could say she couldn't do was magic!
But that was from the original show. In this newer world, could Marceline be even more dangerous that she had originally been.
"Nothing much I just used my evil eye/death eye." Marceline faced Finn, he could see the twitching at the end of her mouth forcing back a smile that wanted to form.
"Do you want to see it." Her smile failed and fully came through showcasing cute pointed vampiric teeth.
Her words for the first time this night had resulted to his Haki and senses going of wildly. A buzz at the back of his head that shook violently, dissuading him from even considering the though. It seemed to say don't even think about it you stupid child!
This was the first time Finn had such a violent reaction in such a long while. He was quite curious about the why. Like the scientist that he was, that was quite normal. But Finn also understood his limits. For something to be so ominously named as evil eye/death eye, it was clearly not meant to be seen so casually.
"I'll pass." He said nervously but decisively giving a nervous chuckle to further dissuade Marceline who looked ready to show him just for the sake of it.
"Pshh, you're no fun Finn. I promise, you won't feel a thing. Why don't you just give it a try~" Marceline said and suddenly her already attractive red eyes had an even more alluring feeling to them. As if they were calling to him, wanting him to drown In then for eternity.
Finn, despite this still shook his head in denial heavily. The more she pushed the harder he would disagree! In his opinion, a prankster like her being this eager meant nothing good was going to happen.
"Interesting…" Marceline said with a strange gaze as she looked at him but offered no further context.
"Anyways, the evil eye/death eye in simple terms is a demon ability which inflict a fear effect on my enemies. It worked on Jeff as you saw with the effect varying depending on the person's will. For those with weak extremely weak wills, it might result to an instant death, but on the other hand for those with strong wills, it might not affect them much, maybe a shiver and they'd be okay. So, what about it Finn, want to give it a try!" Marceline asked again, but her eyes were gentler, lacking the earlier teasing.
Finn still shook his head, he was quite adamant about his decision and Marceline only nodded her head slowly this time, the same calm smile on her face. Which was oddly intriguing for Finn to observe.
We've stayed here for too long. What do you think, want to go back to the festival?" Marceline asked looking to have concluded on something.
"Yeah, we should go back before Jake realizes I'm gone." Finn agreed easily. A worried Jake was quite a troublesome Jake.
Before they could leave again there was a sudden movement within the shrubbery next to them.
This quickly attracted Finn's and Marceline exasperated gazes. What again could it be this time.
But strange enough Finn had a sudden bad feeling…
Adventure Time…
POV: JAKE
Sniff sniff
"I have it star, it's this way." Jake shouted, leading the way within the dark forest. His nose had enlarged, easily now being able to pick up Finn's scent. Now that he was actually here, Jake was able to pick up multiple other things.
Off course ignoring the multiple couples having some fun in the dark forest what he was interested in was finding Finn
Finn's scent for instant was strangely faint, it would be more correct to say that his scent was masked. Jake couldn't just pick up on it. Next to Finn Jake could smell something strange.
He wasn't sure what it was, but it oddly made him nervous and finally, there was this strange scent that filled the place, all the same but somehow coming from different people.
"Look Jake tiny footprints. Do you think they belong to fairies, or possibly tiny little people!" Star was once again distracted.
After her own instance, she was to act as a scout. And Jake quickly learnt she was quite proficient. She could pick out footsteps, trampled leaves, broken branches. Infact, Jake believed that without the help of his nose, she would be the one leading the operation. But there was only one problem…
"hehehe, tiny people clothes."
Star was too easily distracted! Her attention span was too horrible, often going off into her imaginator daze for things that interested her.
"Star, Star! Remember we need to find Finn. You wouldn't want to lose your friend right." Jake had grown quite used to her antics. He was a big brother, how could he fail in managing her. And Jake had come to a quick simple conclusion.
Star was a kind person. The easiest way to get her moving was to direct that kindness of hers. In that regard, Jake believed both her and Finn were quite alike.
"Finn? Oh yeah, Finn is still missing. No time for distractions. Hurry up Jake and let's go!"
"Huh." Jake sighed in exasperation, but his nose extended to the ground, once again sniffing out Finn's scent.

Adventure Time…
POV: JEFF
Jeff had managed to quickly compose himself despite his own mental damage. This was simply the burden of being a leader. If even he was out of it, wouldn't the rest of the idiots behind him be wiped out. He already couldn't trust them to do anything themselves without him!
A major part of his quick composure was the desire to get as quickly away from that monster as possible. You never know, maybe she would suddenly change her mind and start hunting them down.
Jeff again felt that cold shiver go down his spin recalling those eyes and his past foolishness. What was he even thinking? To arrogant, extremely arrogant. He almost slapped himself again in anger.
"Stop."
He suddenly said to his companions. His eyes caught something within the dark forest, two walking figures approaching the direction they were coming from.
"Shit."
Jeff's eyes suddenly widened with new fear. It was that Kid's companion. The yellow dog and that other child.
"Retreat quickly, retreat before we are found."
Jeff whispered and the gnomes already used to his method follow his lead.
Jeff's sudden Panick could be explained in simple terms. Back in their homeland, the gnomes had two natural enemies. The first one was Squirrels and the other Dogs!
Squirrels could be called their enemies at least they were somewhat equal in strength as a faction but dogs, no calling those vile beasts their enemies would be wrong. The better word would be the dogs were a natural predator to gnomes! The most tragic tale being the death of the past queen dying under the vile paws of a dog!
That was the main reason this sting operation of theirs had only happened infact when the dog was not around. The fearful gnomes had zero courage at all when facing this monster.
"What an unlucky day."
"Schmebulock!"
Adventure Time…
POV: ICE KINGDOM
CRACK
"GUNTHERRR!!!"
Deep within the Ice kingdom, in a region so cold that only the most cold blooded animals could live, the ruler of this ice cold kingdom was having a mental crash out.
"GUNTHERRR! I swear to Glob if you break another one of my limited condition Super Porp, I swear there will be no more walkies for you! And I will especially not take you to that festival"
Ice King shouted hysterically. Since he had refused to take Gunther to that festival this was the result. Gunther was acting more annoying than ever. Tearing through his couch, inciting the other penguins to riot, breaking his stuff and even he even almost threw his away his personal Finn and Jake Journal.
That was unacceptable!
Gunther hearing Ice Kings words did not grow hesitant. Infact the words infuriated him greatly, a scowl of anger coming to his face
Quanck!
Gunther raised his hands that had started to lower and with great force, he threw the bottle to the ground, splashing its purple content onto the icy floor.
Crack
"Noooooo!"
Ice King had a shocked expression seeing the purple puddle and shards of glass that littered the ice ground. His expression quickly changed, from the shock to anger and his eyes raised to see the penguin running away!
"That's it Gunther! It's punishment time!"
Ice king rose from the ground flying towards Gunther with great speed. He reached into his blue gown and out came a spray bottle!
He arrived on Gunther's location in a moment, the speed of his flight eclipsing Gunther's tiny feet trying to run away.
Splash splash.
Hiss
"Bad penguin, bad penguin. Now go and stand in your time out corner and think of what you've done." Ice King used the spray on Gunther earning him a hiss in retaliation from Gunther. That only earned another spray which finally cowed Gunther's hisses, leaving him with his head lowered subdued.
"Go go and no coming out if you're not ready to apologize."
"Quanck."
Gunther walked away in dismay, defeated.
Ice King stood waiting watching the leaving back his arms crossed and a tough expression on his face. Immediately the door closed behind Gunther, his body immediately relaxed.
"Phew, glad he's gone…now."
Ice King flew back to where the bottle had been smashed and went onto his knees immediately.
SHLEW!
"That's so good! That taste's so good. Gunther you dummy. How could you waste a perfectly good drink. Don't you know how long I waited for this one. I was even lucky to find the limited one with a blue bottlecap!"
Ice King had gone on his knees and was ravenously licking the spilled liquid from the ground.
"Super Porp it hits the spot, it messes up your train of though. If you're thirsty and out of shape get down on that fizzy grappppeeee~"
"Super Porp!"

Yo guys, hope everyone is doing okay
Moving on, to not overwhelm myself I've decided to change things up a little. I will be posting 1 chapter a week with longer content form, meaning at least 2000 and above words per chapter.
But do not be dissapointed, If you want more chapter drops for the week, I will be setting a Milestone. First of my main goal is to get on the power rankings and I know we can do it, so let's give it our all
Let's start with for 300 power stones, 1 extra chapter drop. Is this number alot yes, but I belive we can do so let's do our best. If we manage to achieve this and also get into the ranking, I won't mind suffering so I can drop more chapters
