Once again, after drifting in what felt like complete emptiness for an indeterminable amount of time, Horo was met with the unforgettable brilliance that accompanied birth.
He adjusted pretty quickly since this wasn't his first time experiencing it; in fact, it was his fifth time experiencing birth, though three of them were as a passenger.
His lives on Earth and Azure Moon were the only two where his main consciousness was actually in control and made conscious choices.
Now, once again, he had no control over this version of himself, and he knew he was just on another ride along, but it did come with certain sensations and experiences.
Speaking of sensations, other than the sudden brilliance of birth, he could feel an extreme intensity in the air.
It felt different from spiritual energy, much different.
The air was thick and full of oxygen.
The gravity felt much denser than he ever felt upon birth.
The intensity of sunlight coming through the window was outrageous.
It was as if all the elements of the world were much purer than normal.
There didn't seem to be a special energy like spiritual energy or negative energy present, but Horo knew there had to be a reason the intensity of the elements was so dense and pure.
It was something familiar as well because in the world of cultivation, there were many things that contained pure elemental energy, yet this wasn't the same.
Horo knew the answers to his curiosity would arrive soon, and just as the thought crossed his mind…..

Horo could feel the bloodline of this body actively trying to absorb this so-called "nature or natural" energy.
The soul module kept showing multiple notifications that this version of himself didn't understand, as it's truly still a baby mentally.
But one stood out to him, the him who was extremely aware, intelligent, and well-experienced.
"Your bloodline grants you an affinity with natural energy related to earthly elements."
After the notification, Horo could feel his body discard attempting to absorb all natural energy and focused only on the one he had an affinity with.
The soul module was built for things like optimizing training and many other supporting functions, so it immediately supported his body's absorption process, and it even utilized special techniques primed for absorbing and circulating energy.
As all of this stuff that was out of his control was happening, Horo could hear his mother crying while he was being handed to a giant of a man with a body that looked sculpted from jade.
Horo's eyes would have gone wide if he could control this.
The crying of his mother….
He could actually hear the crying of his mother!
Which meant she survived giving birth to him!!!
Unlike every other mother he ever had, she didn't die due to giving birth to the bearer of the tree of tragedy.
Horo felt his soul cry. He felt his entire being cry from elation. He would finally know what it's like to truly have a birth mother he knew.
Whole Horo was in immense shock; this version of his body began to throb viciously, and he could feel the heart of this body begin to transform.
His tiny little heart thumped like a drum and released a bright ruby-colored glow that shone through his chest, leaving the jade-sculpted man wide-eyed.
