Although Ash's Blaziken was the last one to evolve among his three Hoenn Region Royal Starters, its current strength has already pretty much caught up with Sceptile and Swampert.
In particular, after learning and getting the hang of collision-type powerful moves such as Flare Blitz and Brave Bird, Ash realized where his Blazikens talents were. With its robust body and Fighting-type, it was able to fight much more violently than the other two.
Now he is in the middle of learning Blast Burn, making sure that its strength will still rise again in the short term.

But the ending was predictable. Although Tyranitar's typings are very restrained by Blaziken's Fighting-type, that overwhelming body of hers that remained motionless under every attack he could muster was beyond what his imagination could go.
The moment later when Tyranitar moved, he was instantly on his knees in defeat.
He couldn't accept that, so he challenged another behemoth in Rhyperior—Tyranitars husband—but was also handedly crushed, literally.
Since then he has since set a goal to defeat the lovers Tyranitar and Rhyperior to become the next strongest Trump Card for his Trainer to wield.
Ash, who knew its goal, was of course happy to see it coming to fruition, as that would also motivate the others to do better.
Blaziken's current goal was to get stronger than Sceptile, so Ash trained it to learn the two powerful skills he believed Blaziken would do well with, Flare Blitz and Brave Bird!

Muk was always diligent in his training, he trained according to ways Ash instructed his Slowking's to do, and also asked for help when something came up in its training. The past Ash occasionally used him as a surprise weapon, and it always produced the results Ash wanted, even if it was by a somewhat unique method.
Since Ash had caught his Breloom, Muk had gained a training partner, making its current strength a lot more stronger than the last time he landed in one of these official battles. Since it took the initiative to ask to join in the fray, Ash naturally wanted to satisfy one of his longest serving members.
As soon as Muk landed on the green grass field, the grass nearby withered instantly or had now turned mostly purplish. This was because of the powerful toxic it's able to create inside its body.
After Muk leaves the battle, there is a high chance that this specific field will never be used again.
Why?
Because it would honestly be much easier to just create a new field instead of trying to detoxify this area.
"Sludge Bomb!"
Ash really likes the idea of throwing things, so this time it's mud with powerful poison, making him like it even more.
Not to mention this is of course also one of the specialities of his Muk. Seeing the blob of condensed poison being thrown towards his side, Tyson quickly gave an order, "Shiftry, get out of the way!"

Tyson just didn't know what to do in the face of such a disgusting battle, the ground was covered in poison, and now so was the sky. He lost the opportunity to attack any further during his hesitation. His Shiftry was hit by the barrage of Sludge Bombs and then again was being drained by being under the poisoned status condition.
Poor Shiftry couldn't do anything to stop from getting no diffed, and he quickly lost his ability to battle.
This time, Tyson had lost three Pokémon, while Ash lost zero. Not to mention that Ash only revealed two of his six Pokémon's, with Blaziken being able to fight again, and Muk being 99% unscathed.
Ash smiled and took his happy Muk back with a compliment. He saw how this battle improved the Bond Value he had with his Muk.
After the intermission, the battlefield was changed and the battle continued.
During this time, Tyson was able to think more of what his battle with Ash meant.
"Ash, I have been looking forward to fighting you since the first time I saw you. No matter what the result is today, know that it will always be my greatest honor to fight you!" Tyson admired Ash's strength from the bottom of his heart, and even more so admired his overwhelming charisma!
If only he was a girl, perhaps maybe then he and Ash…
He sighed, stopped himself from going down this Marill hole any deeper and got ready for the second half when he heard Ash talk.
"The same goes for me," his voice was clear and magnificent, "I will always remember this battle!"
With that said, Tyson threw his Poké Ball, "Get ready, Donphan!"
Tyson's Donphan is similar in size to Ash's Donphan who just completed his evolution not that long ago, but his tusks were larger, showing that it was much older than Ash's.
"I see. Stand by for battle, Lairon!" Ash smiled, and then sent his Lairon out. When it came to dealing with Donphan, his Lairon was very experienced as it had been training with Ash's Donphan since it was Phanpy.
Lairon knew how he was going to deal with this big guy.
"Donphan, use Rollout!" This was a move that became stronger the more it was used and maintained, so Tyson used the Rollout skill from the beginning and rolled towards the iron fortress Lairon.
He was very impressed by Ash's Lairon when he saw it battle before. So he knew how scary this Lairon with its Hidden Ability Heavy Metal could get once it got used to the tempo of the battle.
"Rock Tomb!"
A huge boulder fell from somewhere in the sky and blocked the route of Donphan's Rollout.
However, Donphan was not a Pokémon that could be stopped so easily, and it showed when he smashed through the boulder, scattering the pieces, and hit Lairon without any hesitation.
However, Lairon didn't move at all, this weak attack wasn't enough.
Donphan's power was unable to shake Lairon's armor made of some of the strongest steel that money could buy, which was enough to shock not only the audience, but also Tyson. If Ash's Lairon completed its final evolution and became that gigantic Aggron, it was hard to imagine how terrifying it would be to deal with.
Ash smiled slightly, his Lairon's armor boost cost him money, lots of it, but what was even more to let go of was the amount of points he used to buy even stronger ores.
The total point used on just Lairon alone amounted to more than two pure Z-Crystals.
"Go, Donphan, use Earthquake!"
Ground-type skills were extremely strong against Lairon, a dual Steel-type and Rock-type, and the terrifying shock wave with Donphan at the center was enough to fill the entire Stadium with tremors.
Lairon was much better at handling this skill, "Resist it!"
Instead of protecting or even trying to make the attack weaker, Ash actually let his Lairon eat the full damage and let it resist the damage from Earthquake.
When the Earthquake ended, the evil smile on Ash's face made Tyson want to jump off from a 219.816 feet tall building.
"Metal Burst!"
Lairon roared loudly like the beast he is, with his body shining with the strongest metallic light imaginable and more, and he hit Donphan with his head. The heavy body and terrifying power easily knocked Donphan away to Camp Kumon.

Now Tyson only has two Pokémon left, and all of Ash's Pokémon retain their combat capabilities.
Although the last two were Tyson's strongest Pokémon's, it was very fair to say that Ash had already locked in his victory for this battle.
Tyson was silent for a moment, then threw out his fifth Poké Ball, "Show them everything we have, Metagross!"

When fighting Morrison, Lairon faced a Metang, and now against Tyson, he faces a Metagross.
Ash was really jealous to say the least.
He had never even met a Beldum despite taking so many different routes on mountainous terrain, but he didn't expect that the two rivals he would meet at the Ever Grande Conference actually each had one of Beldum's evolved form.
'I really am so unlucky, right, Ciel?'
