"Er Gou, how long do you plan on holding her!" Han Jiajia snapped.
Upon hearing Han Jiajia's words, Liu Ergou cried foul. "Jia Jia, you've got it all wrong! Everyone here saw it. She's the one who fell into my arms, not the other way around! You can't blame me for this! Don't frame an innocent man!"
The crowd couldn't help but laugh at his words, causing Han Jiajia's face to instantly turn beet red.
"Oh! That's not what I meant!" Han Jiajia stammered, flustered. "I meant she's obviously hurt! You need to check on her, not just stand there holding her!"
However, Liu Ergou just shook his head and refused. "No way!"
He continued, "It would be faster to just send her to a hospital. They have all the right equipment there; it'd be much more convenient for treatment!"
With that, Liu Ergou gestured for those nearby to come over, help Shi Junya up, and take her to the hospital.
