Kim suddenly woke up.
Seeing Miaomiao lying next to her, she jumped with joy, cupping Miaomiao's little face and exclaiming, "Miaomiao, why are you here? Why didn't you tell me!"
"Hehe, I came to see Uncle Jian. And I thought I'd visit you too!"
"You heartless one, so you didn't come just to see me! You didn't even go to see Mengmeng. Poor Mengmeng..." Kim, being childish herself, wasn't exactly the best role model for children.
Kim was quite an unreliable mom.
Even though a daughter should be cherished, sometimes Kim would play tricks on her daughter.
"How is Mengmeng poor? You should just have another one!" Yan Yuxin said with an air of maturity.
"Tch, giving birth is painful! Do you think it's easy? I really admire your mom... to have two kids." Kim still got goosebumps just thinking about the pain of childbirth.
