The majority of the police force from Dali City had already assembled, and each officer was fully armed. The officers at the forefront were wearing bulletproof vests, looking extremely tense.
But for Lei De, this seemed quite normal because he had already received intelligence from Ye Yuhai. The woman standing in the center holding a gun was a wanted fugitive responsible for several murders, classified as a top-level terrorist.
Facing someone like this, who also injured others with gunfire, it was entirely reasonable for the police to treat the situation as if they were confronting an enemy to prevent any riots.
However, when Lei De saw several military trucks arrive, and squads of SWAT officers, armed to the teeth, jump off the trucks, he was utterly shocked.
Damn, there were at least fifty SWAT officers, each equipped with the standard Type 95 automatic rifles, and they all had a menacing demeanor.
