William chuckled, "I don't mind you aiming high."
Wei Anning sneered inwardly, really not wanting to talk to him, so she turned her head and saw fresh cherries in the fruit plate before her. She picked one up and put it in her mouth.
Crisp and sweet, the delectable juice filled her mouth, diluting her impatience.
Had she known earlier, she would have left later to avoid running into this profligate and ruining her mood.
William rested his chin in hand, watching her unpretentious actions, and couldn't resist pinching her cheek. Wei Anning shot up from her chair like a cat whose tail had been stepped on.
She covered her face with one hand, glaring at William with eyes wide as brass bells, "What are you doing?"
William didn't feel his action was abrupt to her and responded, "Just pinching your cheek, no need to act like I've violated you."
