She returned with the water and handed the cup to Jian Shichu. Jian Shichu didn't take it, and told her to give it to the little one.
The nanny handed the cup over to the little one, "Young master, let's drink water!"
The little one took the cup, holding it with one hand, raised his other small hand, and gave a "slap" on the nanny's face.
The nanny immediately froze in place, her face flushed like it was about to drip blood.
Jian Shichu held the little one in his arms, with a cold expression, he asked her sternly, "What did you do to the young master?"
The nanny was so scared she almost knelt down, her voice trembling, "I, I didn't do anything to the young master!"
Jian Shichu said, "You didn't do anything to the young master, why does he hit you repeatedly? Why doesn't he hit anyone else?"
The nanny was aware of how formidable Jian Shichu was. Being questioned so coldly and fiercely, she was terrified out of her wits.
