—Third person POV—
Carter actually winced slightly as he witnessed the impact as Justice bit down on Enel.
'Damn, she's really letting him have it.'
"Gah!" Enel cried out., his shoulder trapped within Justice's jaws. Physical pain had become completely unfamiliar to him.
""Heh,"" Justice thought as she ragdolled Enel, his blood leaving a sweet and metallic taste in her mouth.
After regaining a bit of his composure Enel's harm lit up with lighting. "Let go of me you beast!" He struck her with everything he had, fully expecting her to release him.
She did not.
Enel stared in horror as the electricity he produced was channeled along her scales and directly into her spines.
Earlier, he had been too distracted with Cater's provocations to notice what justice had been doing in the clouds so he had no knowledge of her ability to consume lightning.
"Wha-?" he wasn't able to finish as Justice whipped her head to the side, sending the false-god flying to the ground below.
He crashed into the earth with a pained grunt. 'W-what is this?' he thought, completely panicked. He had just come into contact with two beings that wielded the same power as him. Him! A divine being!
'How!? I am a God! How could there be others with this power!?'
He sat up and froze immediately. "Agh!" he groaned as a wave of white hot pain washed over him originating from his shoulder.
His gaze flicked to his shoulder and he stopped, frozen by shock. Blood was pouring down his side. A massive chunk of his flesh was missing.
"Geeheeheeheehee" Enel looked up to see Justice holding the missing piece of him in her jaws. Her draconic chuckle sent shivers of fear down his spine.
'A god? Hah! He's not even a meal!' She thought to herself. The taste of his blood was bitter and metallic.
'Impossible, I'm… bleeding?' The birkan thought with terror coursing through his veins. He had not seen his own blood since he had eaten the goro goro no mi nearly four decades ago.
He watched as Justice tossed his severed flesh away and charged electricity across her wings, preparing to ride the lightning straight towards him.
He watched her charge towards him and tried to escape by elementizing and running away. But to his horror his observation haki screamed danger too late. Justice was moving just as fast as he could!
'A devil…'
-/Shink/- Caught off guard by Justice's speed he couldn't escape her assault.
His observation haki doing absolutely nothing as just before he adjusted to avoid her attack, she would read his thoughts to find exactly where he was playing to divert course.
Enel felt an immense pain in his core as justice blitzed past him. His body re-solidifying as her haki laced attack cut into his flesh.
'This creature is a devil…'
"Cough!" Enel vomited blood as he looked down to see three metallic spines embedded in his chest and a deep stab wound just above his heart.
Justice now stood behind him, one of her stingers dripping with his blood.
"Never thought someone just as fast as you would come around did ya?" Enel looked back up and saw Carter now standing just in front of him.
"Well, can't really blame you. No one ever expects a fucking transmigrator and his ilk to show up and wreck their shit." he said walking closer.
From his inventory he pulled out a pair of seastone cuffs. "Justice, you finished? I think you've proven you're the better lightning user."
""Yeah, I'm done. I got him with my stinger. Even if you weren't planning to harvest his fruit, he'd be dead by next week."" Justice responded mentally while trotting over happily.
"Good work," he said, giving her a pat on the head. Justice lit up at the attention while trying to look like she wasn't.
"As for you" Carter turned to Enel who was desperately trying to stand and pull Justice's spines from out of his abdomen. "Lets get you packaged up."
Enel's response was… pathetic. "Y-you can't do this… I am a god, you are nothing but imitations of my divine power!" the man couldn't even stand yet he was still spouting nonsense.
""Wow, he really is just that stupid huh?"" Justice started at the struggling "god"
"Alright, that's enough for you." Carter said. 'Gotta wrap this up before I actually start feeling pity for this guy'
Justice let out an amused trill at his thoughts.
A small burst of conqueror's haki put Enel out of commission immediately.
"Alomst there." Carter said. The 'Usurper of heaven' quest required him to free the people of Skypiea from Enel and with his defeat that part was over.
He placed the cuffs on Enell and slung the birkan over his shoulder. "Alright, let's conquer an island."
""Yay!"" Justice cheered and fell in line behind Carter.
"First thing's first." he said. "We have to get the shandians pacified so we need Cricket and the bell. We know where both those things are so it's all good. Second we need to solve the issues with the skypieans needing verth and the shandians not wanting to give it up. We can solve that by bringing up a few more islands."
He scratched his chin. 'I should be able to bring a few small islands up in my inventory right? I mean, I can store massive ships so it should be fine as long as it's a small island. Eh, I'll get to that part later.'
"Lastly we need to deal with the birkans Enel brought with him, hmm…"
As he said that he and justice heard ruffling in the bushes but they did not react much. Their Mind reading and Haki both telling them exactly what it was.
"Yo boss we got the four idiots," Carter's Jotaro wood clone said, dragging Ohm behind him with tungsten sorcerer.
All six of Carter's pirate crew wood clones had been dropped into the jungle in their seed forms before hunting down the four prests, the location of the shandia village and the location of the sill under construction Maxim, Enel's flying ship.
Jotaro had taken down Ohm, Alucard had taken Satori, Jack had taken Shura, and Savitar had taken Gedatsu. Yugiro had found the Maxim and Eren had located the Shandia.
Carter looked over the four unconscious priests. "You got all their stuff right?"
"Yes sir," Alucard said.
Just to be sure Carter checked his inventory and sure enough, Ohm's eisen dial sword the Iron Whip, the ball and impact dials used by Satori, Shura's heat dial powered heat javelin and string clouds, as well as his pet bird Fuza, Getdatsu's jet and milky dials, The sixty axe-dials used by Enel's birkans who had been guarding the maxim were also among the spoils.
"Good job, we'll deal with the Maxim and Birkans later, for now let's head to the Shandia village. Once they're pacified we can start making big moves." Carter said. He tossed Enel to Yujiro and turned to Eren.
"Lead the way,"

A/N: Hey everyone, sorry for the short chapter. As you can probably tell my updates have slowed significantly even from my already not very good schedule.
Well, a lot of things happened. I finally managed to get a job, and I'm taking some seriously tough classes at the moment so my free time for writing has shrunken a lot.
So here's what will be happening for the foreseeable future. I'm going to try and get at least one chapter out every two weeks but it will probably only be around a thousand words, so I'm cutting the word count in half.
Another reason chapters for this have been slow is that I'm also currency writing another story, but unlike the mistake I made with this one I'm stocking up on chapters to be able to release them regularly. Once I start publishing that work this one will go on hiatus for a while so I can stock up on chapters for it.
I know it sucks but I really want to continue this and I don't really see another way. So yeah that's what's going to happen.
